I thought it was impossible to mess up a Subway sandwich, but the night shift guy proved it can. I suggested the owner train the staff because the guy, clearly new, wrapped, squeezed, and smothered the sandwiches in such a distasteful way, wrapping them in double the paper that the sandwich turned into a thin wrapper. It looked so bad , untasty with wet paper inti sandwich that I threw it in the trash because it was embarrassing to wrap a sandwich that way. It’s a shame Subway lost customers, because with such a sophisticated gastronomic aesthetic, it won’t last long… Speaking of business…

Almost every time we go there, their Chocolate Chip Cookies are raw. A little effort to bake them until DONE. Would be appreciated. Their Sandwich’s are worth going back for. Fix your Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Was the only one there and was told it would be a second and the lady had to make some online orders. Waited patiently for 10 minutes and she looks at me and says it’s still going to be awhile.. like my 6inch sandwich would have taken a minute and your online order isn’t even there to pick it up. So I left. She didn’t seem to care.

I went in to get my children a sandwich Monday, December 17 at 8:15 PM. The young woman working the counter was quick and friendly. I really wish I could have left her a tip, however, all of the subway credit card machines do not allow this! Who seriously has cash on them anymore? The sandwich artists at Subway deserve tips! Kerri was amazing! I told her I was driving all the way to Kansas City and she even cut my 6-in sub and a half so that I could drive and eat easier. Her quality and cleanliness and service was the best Subway experience I’ve ever had in the USA
