They were swamped because McDonald’s was not serving and still took the time out to greet every customers as they came in and the food was amazing. The lady and the young man working was hard on Saturday night and still showed great customer service skills.

My girlfriend and I put our order in online. She then went and picked up our food from the store. Neither of us had the cheese we asked for and mine didn’t have any cheese we had asked for extra mayo on both subs and got one stripe on each sub and when informed that are Subs have been improperly made the owner of the store rather than offering us our food replaced said she was sorry and there was nothing she could do you would think that someone running the company that big wouldn’t be that cheap I definitely won’t be going back here and I wish I could give it less than one star

8/30/25 around 11:30pm ish? Kid named Jarred, this kid was left alone with a line out the door busting his ass after MC D’s closed down for the night after race night in our little town! He needs a raise!! He did so well handling himself and the people with compassion and respect!! You did awesome my man! Keep going and making the best for yourself!

Kid was rude and I’ve never had a worse experience at any restaurant. Waited for the guy to make the order for the folks in front of us, then the worker said hang on instead of acknowledging me or talking to me at all. Then, the kid asked me to do his job. I asked him “which color,” to which he replied “I don’t even care.” So that clearly shows that he’s committed to delivering the standard of food and service to which Subway holds themselves accountable.

Then, he further ignored me and changed out the meatballs at 1:15 in the morning. Explain to me why he needed to change the meatballs at 1:15 AM. Still didn’t even get an acknowledgment from him. At that point, I said screw it, and told the kid what was up, and he argued with me. He literally argued with me. I NEVER make a scene like this, but this was literally mind blowing to me. Not only did he ignore me, ask me to do his job for him, which he clearly didn’t care about, but then also prioritizing literally everything else above the customers standing directly in front of him, he argued with me.

When we got our food we were missing the extra meat we paid for. Based on policy they need management approval to remake food or give out extra toppings so Trevin called his manager to explain the situation and see what he could do to make it right. Trevin did everything he could to fix the situation and was very polite about it. The other worker, Aquan was also very polite. Both gentlemen went above and beyond to provide great service. Food was fresh and will definitely return to this location.

Went tonight after midnight on our way home from a family trip was cool to see it opened late. Decided to stop in and there was only 1 guy working and was behind on online orders. He had a guy in there waiting for his than a door dasher waiting on his. While we sat and waited he got more orders online. You could see the frustration as you could tell the irritating look on his face. We left we didn’t want to swamp him with a big order for 5 people on top of already being behind. You need more employees if you want late nights to work. No one wants to order online than have to come in and still wait on it to even be made.

Ordered a mexi cali, guy even confirmed the order to the one preparing the sandwich. Somehow got a different sandwich from the menu, called to let them know. Was told I “need to bring them the sandwich back”. Horrible customer service

Detoured off the highway to treat myself. The Subway closer to my home is horrible. Staff person opened door for me (I use a cane). I decided on a foot long, half tonight & half tomorrow. Put mayo on one half, mayo in a plastic container for the other so it won’t get soggy overnight. Clearly marked the two sandwich halves. Ingredients look very fresh. Great experience!

I asked for only spinach and when I asked for more spinach they told me they couldn’t do it due to corporate guidelines. And my veggies I asked to be cut up they couldn’t because they arent supposed to cut them up anymore. I had to go to a grocery store for more spinach. I’m sorry but I won’t be going there anymore!!!
