This could have gone bad fast. I suggested this location based on proximity to Climate Pledge Arena and the reviews. When we arrived, the “guy behind the counter” barely made eye contact and gruffly said, “Do you have a reservation?” When we replied that we didn’t, he winced and said the only thing they might have is outside around the corner. We didn’t really care where we sat, it was a beautiful evening anyway. The weird thing is 90% of the tables were empty… there were only two or three groups in the entire place.
When we “found” our seats, on our own, one of our crew popped on to their website and took the last reservation at 7p (5 minutes from that time) and went up to the front to let them know we “do have a reservation”.
Fortunately, that was the worst of it and the wait staff (a lone, friendly dude) was polite and accommodating and the FOOD was awesome. We ordered a few drinks, a couple of the special cantaloupe salads (the photo is one small portion, we were going to get three and luckily the waiter suggested they were pretty big) and two pizzas to share. The salad was really spectacular and the pizza was really great as well. I’d definitely come back but only on a nice night because the inside seating is only about a third of the total seats. They don’t have much beyond pizza, had hopes for some alternatives but it was great overall.

Super cute, small mom and pop restaurant. Creative and flavorful specials, pizza done well, dough could use a pinch or 4 of salt for more flavor and the pies were cooked 30-45 seconds short. Besides that, flavors and ingredients were a winner!

The pizza here is really good, that’s why we’ve come back several times. The first time we tried to dine in, we were told they were too busy to seat anyone, so we ended up ordering takeout instead. Since then, we’ve only done takeout, but every time we walk in, we’re still immediately told they’re too busy to seat anyone before we even say we’re just picking up. It feels very unwelcoming and off-putting. A simple greeting asking if we’re dining in or picking up would make a big difference.

Amazing service. Great beer. Great wine. I really enjoyed the pizza. Don’t let the menu trick you, easily serves two. Full but no wait during NFC championship game

Delicious! The crust is so fluffy and not thick, the flavor and toppings are very fresh, they have a great menu for cocktails the service we received was excellent, and the vibe was chill and fun. I’m not a dessert person, but listen, get the tiramisu! I would for sure go again!

This place is incredible — hands down some of the best pizza and salad in Seattle. Seriously, it’s divine! Unique hours and cozy spaces part of the charm of small businesses, dont pay to complainers and spoiled whiners below. Totally worth it.

I don’t understand how this place survives with such poor communication.
I love their pizza (hence the two stars instead of one), but I’ve had as many bad experiences as good ones.
Once (months ago), Google Maps said they were open, but when we showed up, the staff told us they would be opening an hour later.
Another time, we wanted to order takeout during normal business hours. Not right at opening and not 30 minutes before closing. Their ToastTab account said online ordering (for pickup) was unavailable. I called them, and apparently it was available. Ordering shouldn’t be this complicated in 2026.
Today, again, I checked Google Maps and made sure they were open until 10 pm. I arrived at 8:45 pm and was told by a staff member that they were closing early and the stove had already been turned off.
I’m only giving three examples, but this has happened many times. Coltiva has lost a lot of business from us because of this inconsistency. We live nearby, so it’s one of the first places that comes to mind when we want good food, but the misleading information about business and takeout hours makes it unreliable.
We shouldn’t have to call a restaurant to confirm whether it’s open during its LISTED BUSINESS HOURS. You CAN open later or close earlier if you want, but you need to COMMUNICATE that clearly on your online platforms.
I’m also adding screenshots from Google Maps and Apple Maps to show the inconsistency.
And please, don’t offer me a “discount for the inconvenience” or anything like that until you fix this issue.

Really enjoyed the food here! We ordered 2 pizzas a 2 rounds of drinks. Both pizzas were great specially the burrata pizza.
The drinks are not heavy but all cocktails were tasty.
I would recommend the espresso martini and tiramisu for dessert.
The service was great our server even removed the tiramisu from our bill because one of drinks was a little bit late! So nice would definitely go back!

Second try ☺️ service was perfect like last time. We got a Negroni, a Manhattan, and shared Piccante pizza. The drinks were strong and tasty, the pizza was great specially the peppers on it.
