Bar none, the worst Subway I have ever walked into. The place was empty as could be at 6:30pm on a Friday night. The young girl that helped acted like I was interrupting her day by walking in. Yet when her little girl friends showed up they all ran around the corner and in the back door. Non-employees, one of which just got off at Taco bell because she was still in uniform. I’ll be sure to pass the word to avoid this place like the black plague.

Older women was rude and complaining to ccustomers. Young girl didnt want to be there, had absolutely no care how she made the sandwich. Meat wasnt spread out at all and didnt even put all the ingredients on it. I had to ask if that is how its supposed to be made. Really need to get their act together

I read the last few reviews and it looks like nothing has changed in a few months. I ordered online. 3 hours before pick up. I arrived after the arrival time & they hadn’t started my sandwich. The young ladies working today at noon were very rude. I ordered online because I was limited on time to take that sandwich to my daughter at school. When I tried to explain this to one young lady she rolled her eyes and said “well we got busy if you can’t see that”. Since when is that acceptable customer service? That’s WHY I ordered online 3 hours prior. (Planned ahead because this order was TIME SENSITIVE). Left & got fast food for my daughter’s school event and I was late because of this delay. My daughter thought I wasn’t showing up because I was late due to this. Do better please. Not worth a child’s disappointment, I can’t imagine how upset it would have been for my 8 year old daughter to not have her mom show up OR to show up with No food that I ordered 3 hours before hand.

Entered inside this store to pick up an order the other day, unfortunately, your workers have no consideration for people on the go. I do not have time to come in and make a complaint in any decent time; I would still love to point out the disservice to my family so maybe we can learn something together. We had to eat somewhere else after stopping at this location. Our food was absolutely manhandled. I tried making it clear that these subs were for my kids (because you’d think people would put some effort into it for the kiddos and not give them torn up subs that looked more like salads!) Your joking if you honestly think a 10 year old is going to eat a sandwich thats practically marinated in mayo and falling apart. Guess we aren’t thinking ‍♂️, I truly dont like to be overdramtic, too, but that is heavily disappointing to even think that someone would be able to sleep at night doing that to a child’s meal. The cherry on top? They were already arguing about an order being wrong to a customer when I grabbed my food! I should’ve seen the signs right in front of me. So, if you’re still wondering what we learned. It’s to never eat at a place like this!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway. The sandwich artist had an attitude. Would not even refill the black olives. But would refill the pickles for the gentleman behind us. Had to wait 10 extra minutes to get any kind of olives. And then was given nothing but attitude.

I was the only person in line and the worker would not greet me. I understand she was working on something and I’m not an immediate priority, but she stood in front me for about 5 minutes doing multiple other things. I was patient with one and then she finished making bread and then switched to another task without acknowledging me. I left and am going to Jimmy John’s.

Stopped in today and the order that my kids usually get at other places she said wasn’t “really allowed anymore”. After explaining what other locations usually do, she made it that way and no problems. Treat people with kindness and understanding and even when there is confusion at first, you can figure out a way to work it out together. Great service!

Apparently can’t refund an item when out of stock without canceling the whole order. Did not tell me that, just did it. Now I have a migraine and didn’t want to cook and am without dinner and since they already took it out, I can’t order something else. (It was the last of any extra funds besides bills, gas etc).
