This is the nicest subway I’ve ever been to aesthetically. But as far as service, it’s one of the worst ones I’ve ever been to. Literally waited 15 minutes for the previous Person To finish their order, which was no big deal. As soon as the worker was finished with her, she informed me that she wouldn’t be able to make my food because she has several online orders to do and then I have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. I’ll never go to that subway again..

I DoorDash in the Coldwater area. I have many times when I wait for extended periods of time for my orders. I never have wait times at this Subway!! The team member Dustin Marks is ALWAYS on point and is very friendly, punctual, and kind!!

food was alright and staff was nice and professional. but there was an over abundance of flies all in the bread and filler stations. I ordered a Flatbread because they are sealed and kept my order light so i didn’t get a bunch of food that the flies had a parade on(though getting 0% on the fly food was guaranteed not to occur) . would’ve rated higher but the flies were really that bad.

Showed up to pick up a door dash order…was told I had the wrong subway (even though the instructions were specific to this shopping plaza.
So I called the customer that was waiting for her food, and she confirmed I had the correct subway.
Went back into the establishment only to be told again that I had made a mistake.
I asked if they would check their system to confirm again and low and behold there’s the order.
So sad how customer service has gone so south.
I’ll never come to this subway again.
The whole ordeal took 35 minutes just to basically talk the subway workers into DOING THEIR JOBS!

Would rate this higher as Subway is usually decent but for whatever reason this location seems to close whenever they feel like closing you know even though they’re supposed to be open until 9:30 but you know I guess if they want to go home at 8:30 or 8:42 or whatever it’s up to them. Maybe they should change their listed hours on the website and even on their door because it’s kind of frustrating when you go there and as you’re walking up the lights shut off and you go to pull open the door and it’s already locked and they’re supposed to be open for another 48 minutes.

We did carry out, service was quick, the place was clean and very busy. We tried the new cookie and breadstick, for a snack. Both were warm and delicious.

I ordered a turkey cali club and asked for it the way it’s made on the board, plus pickles. They almost forgot the bacon and did forget the pickles. I wouldn’t normally be too upset by not getting pickles, but I did remind her 3 times,and for a sandwich I paid $15 plus tip, I expect it to be right. Also, it was pretty sloppy and not well constructed.
