MANAGER HAS NOT REFUNDED MY STOLEN CARRY OUT!!! Always a problem with this location. Someone else grabbed my takeout order and manager has still not refunded my purchase. Its been over 2 weeks and 2 phone calls and I left 2 voicemails. Just like the other reviewer said it goes right to voicemail doesn’t even ring. I put in a complaint with corporate and will keep doing it until I get my money back and my free sub!

I did not go to this store for a while….. I decided to start going back and an employee named Andre truly lived up to customer service and beyond. Attention to the order while still creating conversation and making me feel at ease even though he was handling multi orders and was working by himself.

This location never has everything. They are always running out of items. Today they had no cheese and only a couple meats. A older gentleman that was there with me as well said that he has experienced this before, I have as well.

I have to say I love subway and the one at the South Penn Meijer and the one in the 5500ish block of Cedar are the worst ran places I have ever seen. I will leave a review for the Cedar street one soon. So I go to this one and rarely have an issue.
Edit: April 2024 – New owners nothing ever in stock. Trying to cut costs. Will write home office. Not happy with new owners at all. 5 ⭐ is now 3. How’s that for cutting costs?
Here it is a year later and walked up to this location 2 HOURS before close and out of everything. Another customer was complaining. I wanted to her get used to it if go to this location. Lady year the manager said I’m new and working on it. Well that was a lie.

This establishment needs the health department brought in to look around. Employees dont change gloves food spilling over into other containers. Scrapping the bottom of the guacamole after flies were flying around. Knives being used and contaminated then reused. Slow unprofessional and rude employee Andrius sept. 26th appox 8pm. Young man and I am being polite for your mama cause Im sure she didn’t raise a disrespectful young man. This kid needs to be let go.

Idk why I bother trying to eat at Lansing places at all . Was told I couldn’t customize my sandwich the way I wanted but to top it off somebody had their kid in there running back and fourth from the kitchen and doing cartwheels .

Food and service are fine, but I’ve almost never gone there and they were actually able to serve a full menu, if anything at all. They are constantly out of near everything or closing early or having some other problem in which they can’t serve food.
