I was just in your store and the worker was the absolute rudest I’ve ever dealt with to the point. I asked her if she had a bad morning because you guys just opened up. Her excuse is that her dad passed away the night before so that’s why she’s treating your customers like crap and if this is true, why would she still be working today? Don’t you have someone to cover it? Definitely not a good experience. Do not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be treated terrible. The worst part is the worker acknowledging her bad treatment to us.

I was There on Wednesday night and the girl just had a nasty attitude like she didn’t want to be there at all when I asked her to throw away the receipt that was on the counter and I asked her I told her I did not need it and she said there’s a waste paper basket about five or 6 feet behind me and there was a waste paper basket about 2 feet from her and she said it would be really rude of me to leave the receipt on the counter. First time I’ve ever had anybody ever refused to throw away a receipt that I did not want. I will not be going back to this establishment. At least if I see her in there, I will not.

The manager, Kassie is a wonderful girl! She was VERY quick making my food, and I appreciated her serious approach to sandwiches.

Horrible service, rude the entire time. Then this excuse for a sandwich.

Misty was very professional and friendly once I walked through the door. The first green flag of my visit. The portions were perfect (I usually have to ask for more veggies, cheese, get it toasted longer, etc.) But not with Misty; this lady should make training videos for Subway worker orientations. Seriously. However, what really impressed me was the way she handled what I can only describe as Pandora’s box being opened. A racoon rushed the door as a fellow patron was trying to walk in. Misty, cool as a cucumber, approached this animal with an oatmeal raisin cookie as a distraction. She advised me not to be alarmed and everything would be okay. I never felt so safe in my life. She swiftly, yet delicately picked up the racoon by the scruff and released it on the side of Grand River where it came from. I HIGHLY recommend visiting this location, especially if Williamston’s very own sub prodigy/racoon-wrangler is on shift!

Wanted a quick sub after walking the trails tonight. I’m glad I decided to stop here! Girls working the counter were very upbeat and loaded up my sub with fresh veggies. Would definitely stop here again!

My husband and I stopped in for subs to take home last night(3/25/23). There was only 1 person running the show- and when I say “running the show” I really mean it! Chelsea had excellent customer service skills, was very friendly, and had a rather efficient flow going. The store and food line was clean and orderly for the chaos, rather impressive for only 1 person on shift. @subwaycorporate This young lady deserves recognition, especially in these times!

Misty is a great sandwich maker. I think having only one person working the weekend is insane. Between online orders and walk ins it’s just too much for one person.
