we go to the Mason location. Food is usually pretty fresh.
There is one male manager that you don’t know what “mood” he’s in until he either speaks or hides in the back so I give him 2 stars will it be the Jekyll or Hyde persona for that visit?
They are the closest location trekking home from work so already I just want to get food and go home without feeling like I’m a bother.

I haven’t stopped into a subway since I quit working with the company almost 3 years ago. After being a sandwich artist for so long I’ve grown to be quite picky with the quality of vegetables that go on my food as well as how my food is prepared. The gentleman who served me today was completely fine with my pickiness, he was in such a great mood, even with my odd requests. I wish I would’ve gotten his name so I could shout him out in this review. Thank you for taking the time to execute great Customer service and accommodate your guests as needed. Customer service is so hard to find these days, but not here at the Subway in Mason. 1/9/26 @ 11:25.

Subway in Mason Michigan is a nice place to get something to eat,staff was friendly and it was clean,usually some of the other subways ain’t as nice. I would definitely go back to that subway again!

The one star is for the employees who are nice and work hard. There is no reason to give this place another star. The meat and cheese have ZERO tastes. Why would anyone go to Subway when you can go to Jimmy John’s or Jersey Giants?

Always friendly people. Not enough people to work though for the location they are so of course they would be super busy, lined up sometimes out the door. They need to be bigger. Not very handicapped accessible.

I stop in my local Subway. The young lady who helped me was in such a big hurry!! Let me also say I was the only customer in the Subway. She was so impersonal and made me feel like I, the customer, was bothering her. She never asked me if I wanted a sauce or mayonnaise on my sub. So I forgot to put mayo on my BLT, because SHE was rude and hurrying me along to get done and out the door. She most definitely needs some customer service skills.
