DO NOT GO HERE EVER. Worst subway ever. I ordered 2 subs, some cookies, chips and 2 drinks. They MIXED UP MY SUBS with someone else. Someone else is going to be just as mad too. I got a sub I couldn’t eat and then I called to see if I could come get a replacement or a credit of some sort. I was told that subway doesn’t do that even though they got my order mixed up. Don’t go here, they will mix up your subs and not give you the right one. Can’t believe I wasted my money here.

Online order for 4 subs that were supposed to be toasted they were not. When I called up there they just argued the fact that they toasted them. If they did toast them they need to learn how to use their own equipment cheese is not even melted.

First time visiting this Subway located in Howell. My son and I came in the evening on 12/17/23 and were greeted by friendly employees. The place was empty and we were the only two customers in the sandwich shop. The building itself was easy to find and parking directly out front was a cinch.
The employees tag teamed our order and had our sandwiches done in no time. They even remembered to ask if we were apart of the rewards program. I saved two dollars on our entire order which was nice because the inflation rate today is out of control.
Even though they no longer offer the $5 foot longs, the prices were still affordable.
The place itself was super clean, well taken care of , and organized out in the lobby and behind the main counter. All the ingredients looked fresh, appetizing, and well maintained at the right temperatures.
If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely come back and get some more sandwiches at this fine establishment.

The flat bread is no good toasted!!! I have requested many times at this location weather it be online or in store that it is not toasted. I go to other locations and am told they are all no longer allowed to toast the flatbread unless requested. I sent my bf in there tonight and he was told they can’t heat up just the chicken and cheese by itself. When you should be able to in 2 small brown containers. I just worked a long shift and just wanted my correct order. Just for future reference please pay attention to what the customer wants.

This is the best subway anywhere. Food is always done on time or early and correct. Store is always clean. Other stores, in town, Latson road, are a freaking nightmare. This one by Kroger is hands down the exact opposite and is a pleasure to go to.
