Service is deplorable. Basic English and math are not the strong suite with the employees here. What should have been a 5-10 minute order ended up being closer to 30 minutes. I gave up trying to get my last sandwich. I ended up having to go through the line again to order it. Do not recommend if you are in any hurry or expect even the normal busy service of a subway.

I called and ordered 5 miscellaneous subs today for an office luncheon and asked that they be cut into 4’s. I talked to Ashley. When I got there she had taken the time to individually wrap and on the bag of each quarter sub mark what it was. She made sure everything was there and bagged it for easy carry out! The subs were wonderful! She provided outstanding customer service!

Recently ordered food and the lady putting my food together asked me to repeat my self multiple times. I am loud and she had an attitude and it was probably harmless but I did not feel comfortable ordering from this location. My food was good but an employee was pessimistic the whole time. I know your job sucks but your in customer service. Make your customer feel welcomed when entering the door.

Very quick and friendly service at the end of the night. Had no idea they were open until 11 PM and stopped in for dinner. The person behind the counter was very friendly and helpful in explaining the differences in selection I had questions about.
