Food was good, but the woman at the counter had a terrible attitude. I couldn’t hear her say to swipe my card, and then she was literally knocking on the card reader with an annoyed look the whole time. It’s been a rough day for me, and that just made me so sad.

Ordered a footlong sub with a combo on the app. My colleague picked it up for me. On the receipt I have, I was charged for the combo but never received my drink or chips. Not to mention the sub was made incorrectly. I have submitted this claim via the Subway app as well. I have not been contacted by anyone. I want my money back.

They initially made my order wrong,.. but at 12:55pm with a line of more orders waiting, they corrected it. 2 minutes later I had my order fulfilled, and the staff never missed a beat. They are fast and efficient, I would recommend to anyone!!

If you’re not going to eat the dinning halls, this is the best place to get food from at MSU. I’m sorry but don’t bother with the others, you’re risking yourself for food poisoning or a really bad stomach ache. This is among the safest options.
