Employees were very courteous and friendly. Upon walking in, the lobby and seating area is spotless. The bread was amazingly fresh, not chewy and stall. We had 4 subs made to order. The were all done exactly how we asked. Cookies were fresh and all varieties were stocked. This location and the Clio location are definitely my favorites.

I think this is a good subway. They have many subs and their employees are very friendly. The restaurant itself is a little small, and the bathrooms are not very well kept. Other than these few issues, this is a great place to stop and have lunch or dinner!

If the new wrap is a flat bread rolled, it’s a horrible idea and you shouldn’t advertise it as a wrap. Everything fell out, at least roll one end it, so you don’t lose everything, but You can’t roll one end because it’s a flat bread ♀️

Great location and wonderful service! If you’re looking for somewhere to eat that isn’t too pricy I’m Frankenmuth, make sure to stop here. Plus, not only do they have plenty of indoor seating, they have cute two-person tables outside too! Bathrooms were clean too!

Very bad. Walked in and the guy was on his phone sitting down behind the counter and they didn’t greet us at all very slow and sloppy with making the subs. The girl that was working she seemed bothered because we asked for fresh lettuce because the lettuce that was in the bin looked old and nasty so we asked if we can get new lettuce and I guess she didn’t like that just a vibe was off just poor service. Didn’t even say have a nice day or welcome to subway nothing
