Service is horrible. Unfriendly to the point of rude. The food is okay. It’s typical Subway. I’d rather fight the Walmart traffic, drive across town, or even into Clermont to one of those three than give this one my business.

Took long for my order to be taken, once my order was taken I stated, 6in italian herbs with steak & provolone cheese. The lady that was making my sandwich did whatever she wanted! She ended up making a foot long All American Club (suppose got steak and cheese) she had earbuds in while making my food on the phone this #1 reason why she couldn’t make it correct when I asked. I realized what she was making after I glanced at my phone for about a second to answer a phone call she already put my sandwich to be toasted. Before I could say what was wrong or even get out it wasn’t correct.. her tone to whoever she was on the phone with was aggressive speaking her language back n forth hostile. I explained to her that the sandwich she made was incorrect. She rolled her eyes as if I was the one with the problem.. I ended telling her to just leave it and I ended paying. I would NEVER come back to this location simple fact no compensation for HER MESSUP, NO APOLOGY, wasn’t GREET by no one when I first ENTER. Barley little to no condiments on the sandwich, veggies was thrown every which way. Didn’t receive any napkins. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
