I had a really disappointing experience at Subway recently. I came in as a polite customer and was hoping for a quick, good meal, but the whole situation left a bad impression.

When I opened my sandwich, something about it looked off and there were strange substances on the ingredients that made me uncomfortable eating it. I brought it up to the staff because I was genuinely concerned and wanted it handled calmly.

Unfortunately, the response I got felt dismissive and rude. Instead of taking the concern seriously, the interaction made me feel like I was being treated as a problem rather than a customer with a legitimate issue. I was respectful the entire time, so the reaction was pretty surprising.

Overall the experience left me frustrated. I hope the location takes food quality and customer concerns more seriously in the future, because situations like this make it hard to want to come back. The worker castell was rude and threatened me multiple times when all i did was treat him with respect.Do not come here unless you want to have your day ruined

I stopped at this Subway expecting a quick, decent sandwich and somehow it turned into the worst lunch stop I’ve had in a long time. The place looked messy when I walked in—tables not wiped down, trash starting to pile up, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in hours.

The employee making my sandwich seemed like they absolutely did not want to be there. They barely spoke, rushed through the order, and still managed to mess it up. I asked for toasted and it came out cold, the bread was stale, and half the toppings I requested were missing. When I pointed it out, I got an eye roll instead of an apology.

To make things worse, the line moved painfully slow even though there were only a couple people ahead of me. It shouldn’t take 20+ minutes to get a basic sandwich at a place that’s supposed to be fast.

Honestly, this location needs better management and staff training. If you’re craving Subway, do yourself a favor and go to a different one.

i understand when things get busy but i placed an online order. when my app said “your order is ready” that’s when i left to go get it. i ended up having to sit at a table for 25 plus minutes while an employee talked to her friends in the lobby

They were overwhelmed. Both employees apologized.They ran out of chocolate chip cookies on line and for another customer in the store. They did offer an exchange. There should be more than two people working. Apparently the previous workers didn’t make additional items for the next shift. They employees helped each other get other sandwiches caught up. My sandwich was a mess…too much mayo and lettuce l couldn’t eat my sandwich without it falling apart.

Went through the drive through had to repeat myself 6 or 7 times also was told there was supposed to have provolone cheese on it half the sandwich did I asked for a manager there was none they laughed at me over the phone

I ordered on the app, which i never do, but let me tell you… the two young men working together tonight need a raise!! That’s the best sub I have ever had from any subway! Good job you guys! You rock! Ill never go another subway, I ordered 4 subs and they were all fantastic according to my picky kids!

Hit or miss, for the past couple of months, it’s been mostly miss. I hate being this guy because I understand how stressful the food industry can be, but there’s very clearly little effort being put into making the food. Avoid online ordering. Apparently they only attempt to make the sub correctly if you watch them like a hawk. I am convinced they don’t properly heat my food up, because the other Subways in my area are always better quality. The bacon is clearly thrown in the oven for half the time. Why else would it be chewy, when it never is from the other locations. Nobody likes working, I get that. But take a little bit of pride in whatever it is you do, even if it is just making sandwiches.

My wife asked for a hot pastrami sandwich and was told that what she was getting was the same thing. As you can see in the picture this is not a hot pastrami sandwich and is not even close to one. Do not waste your time or money here because this sandwich shop does not know sandwiches.
