Not happy since they put up screen to block us from seeing our meat added to our sandwich. Very little meat anyway. Last 2 times I ordered a sandwich to go, I was given coldcuts instead of what I ordered. 6/30/25 was last time. Will not return to this Subway. Staff not particularly friendly

staff was kind but the food isn’t prepared to spec. I ordered a chicken teriyaki, after it came out of the toaster I noticed the chicken strips were plain. They stated “oh it has the sauce on it already, I can give you more if you want more” then offered the sweet onion sauce. They apparently don’t actually use teriyaki sauce on the strips at all. This must be a longstanding issue for her and her coworker not to notice and to offer sweet onion as a fix to missing teriyaki.

Literally the worst subway I have ever had. The meat was discolored. My 6 inch was more like a 4 inch and the cheese just looked old and nasty. I got the spicy Italian and it only came with pepperoni and salami no ham. The pop machine was out of everything. If I could give zero stars I would!!!! Never coming back here again

The subways in bay city suck! This isn’t the first time I’ve gone and got no help I have over 10 mins to close and all I wanted was a subway sandwhich all day! I go through the drive through and no one helps me even though the open sign is on! And the online site says open until 10 pm . This is stupid ! Put up the closed sign if ur closing down early! Terrible business!

Subs were good. The employees just need to use some common sense. I was also picking up a sub for someone else who didn’t want cheese. I asked for double cheese on mine, being I was not getting cheese on the other one. The employee didn’t think that could be done! Seriously!? It’s the same amount of cheese being used, it’s just going all on one sandwich! I have asked for this at other Subway restaurants before with no problem. I didn’t want to make a huge deal out of it, but seriously use your head!

I wish I could rate them less than one star. They are routinely out of bread. The employees are very rude. They get angry if you ask for more veggies than what they give you. Its usually dirty. And today my bread wasnt even baked It was completely raw dough. Even after toasting it twice. I’ve complained before and no one cares. I WILL NEVER eat here again.

Kim is the literal worst at her job. Rushing to do absolutely nothing, can barely think. Refused to make more ranch and has an attitude about everything. My 9 year old son was trying to be independent and order his own and she rushed him and rudely told him to speak up when he is very loud and clear. Made all of our three sandwiches and wrap with barely any sauce or cheese or meat. So she doesn’t have to replenish them. I personally think since this has happened the last three times I’ve came there she should not be there anymore. I refuse to go back to this location strictly because of her lack of work ethic and her rude attitude. It’ll take time she says. She has some nerve. Kim needs to go like yesterday
