Driving up I-65 and stopped at the White House exit for gas right around lunch time. I didn’t have anything specific in mind, but as I was pumping gas I looked across the street to see what appeared to be a new Mexican restaurant.
That wasn’t a hard decision.
After filling my tank it was time to fill my belly, so I made my say to DosBros, having absolutely no idea what I was heading into.
DosBros, it turns out, is similar to other fast-casual, build-it-as-you-go Mexican eateries. They boast an impressive array of proteins veggies, and toppings. I opted for a chicken bowl and let the building process begin.
The young lady that assembled my food was friendly and helpful, if bit softspoken, and helped me all along the way.
Inside DosBros was amazingly clean, brightly lit, and colorfully decorated. By ” amazingly clean” I mean “immaculate”. Counters, walls, floors, everything was as if it was brand new. Even the drink station was sparkling clean.
I was impressed by the fact that the toilet paper holder in the men’s room had a cell phone shelf on it (photo included). Talk about a sign of the times.
My food was great and the service was awesome. I drive by this exit a couple times a month, so now I have a new lunch destination.

We ordered burritos for take out and are so glad to have a burrito place up in White House now! The flavors were very good, and the spicy Serrano sauce truly is spicy. They did leave the utensils out even though we requested them in our order. The burritos were well wrapped, which made them easily manageable. The queso is thick but much better than Chipotle’s.

So glad to have Dos Bros in White House. Food tastes fresh and has great flavor. The steak is on the spicier side, so I normally get chicken or carnitas. Ordering online is easy and everything was right and ready before pickup time, which is nice for busy days. PS: don’t skip the queso!

This place is like Chipotle on steroids. Their meat is phenomenal and the customer service is on point. The staff is very genuine and I appreciate the welcoming greeting/smile every time I go in. I’d prefer a larger dining area but it’s always clean.

We picked up 2 bowls and 1 burrito, today 08-08-25. First off, 1 bowl had a piece of PLASTIC in it that my fiancée almost SWALLOWED. It’s big enough I’d be concerned if she was to have swallowed it. The other bowl had significantly less food than the other and had a HAIR in it. Extremely disappointed in the quality of food, and honestly concerned for my safety as I have finished my burrito.
Wondering if I should find a corporate number or reach other parties… I do have the pieces for proof.
