I ordered from there yesterday (8/29/21). I ordered the footlong steak and cheese pro, which has double meat on it. I have had the same sub from different subways and know how the meat should look like on the inside. This barely had any steak on it. Then I asked for “more” jalapeños and got 3 total on the whole sandwich. I tried to call back to the store and no one would answer the phone. So it left me no choice but to call corporate offices to see what they would do. All they want to do is to communicate with the actual store and do nothing for the customer. Such bad service all the way around. Never go to this store if you want a sandwich made correctly.

Located inside on the grocery entrance of Walmart. With their recent renovation it’s more brightly lit inside and even If you’re not in the mood for subs there are other options like soft s freshly popped and other tasty treats that are reasonable priced.

It is a great store. I was polite to the employee and was given an extra cookie with my order (although I don’t know if it was an accident or not lol). The wall also has some cute artwork on it that makes the atmosphere even better.

The environment is clean and comfortable. The staff has been friendly and helpful and pay attention to detail. A good place to go for lunch. Just make sure a woman makes your sandwich Because we all know they dominate in that department.

The service was terrible. They didn’t greet you when walking in and I stood there for 5 min. The 2 working got me out and quick I appreciate that once I was recognized. I asked for my meal to be toasted and for honey oat bread. Love the location disliked the service.

I went to subway on October 16 2020 and the women who created our sandwiches was amazing! I have my special needs sister with me and she was very patient and kind with her ! The food was great!

They are so afraid to put stuff on your sandwich. I asked for extra tomatoes they gave me 3 slices. Xtra black olives they gave me 6 of them. I watch them make my friend sandwich a 6 in. They put 2 tomatoes 2 pickles. Little lettuce everything she asked for they only put 2 of each thing. I only put 3 things on my sandwich and they put the bare minimum on the sandwich. For the price that they charge I really think they could put a little more on the sandwich. I won’t be getting any more sandwiches from the Wal-Mart in Midland anytime soon

Terrible every time, do y’all just not care? Cause if not I’ll come do it myself everyday, at least I put love into my food, you can’t even walk in there to order or even look without getting a snarky remark from someone behind the counter, find a new job or get better at it.
