We have three subways in town and this is by FAR the BEST one and the only one I will go to. They have clean work stations and tables they are always fast with service even when busy, and they always have fresh toppings and bread! You guys are the BEST.

2-15-25 2:52 pm we arrived and there was 0 people in the store. Women behind counter standing and acting as if she hated life. We began looking at the menu and she asked what we wanted. And we told her we were looking. And she showed signs of frustration. Frustrated when asked to warm the chicken separate from toasting, my daughter was asking about having a salad made and she was rolling her eyes and pissy. My daughter actually said she did not want one any longer due to the worker making her feel uncomfortable. My wife talked her into getting one anyway. When asked to mix the salad and cut the cucumbers and tomatoes in half because they are whole she refused so we had to do it at the table with a plastic fork after the dressing was all over it. Absolute terrible experience and I will never be back.

From burnt bread that looks like it was sat on to the worker putting everything in the middle of the bread like she’s making a salad… let’s finish it off by not wrapping the sandwhich/salad correctly where the wrapper ends are open and everything falling out. Disappointing for spending money on something that’s crap. Wish we would’ve just left. Calling corporate should get a refund for the mess of a lunch.!

Left a trainee alone on the line, got a 12 inch sub and he put toppings on sub in thirds then attempted to fold sub into thirds like a 3 fold brochure. DO NOT COME HERE

Every single time I come in there to get a meatball sub they are either out of meatballs or are they only have a few not even enough to make a deluxe I always come in there between 2:00 and 4:00 you’re not supposed to close till 9:00 p and they never offer to make more. So my husband always gets a sub and I get nothing. I have to go elsewhere or do something else for food. This has happened to me probably about a dozen or more times in the past couple months.

They were extremely busy when I arrived. They had about 10 people in front of me. No one in the drive thru. I patiently waited for it to be my turn to order (about 20-25 minutes) only to be told that there was someone in the drive thru that was some how before me in line. I was a bit annoyed but continued to wait patiently. Then my order was taken. Upon my arrival at the register, I handed the young lady my money and coupon. She preceded to hand it right back to me and said that she had go to the drive thru. I was still rolling with it being patient and just trying to get to work. So they finally get me cashed out. I went over to the pop machine and ended up spilling some pop due to these different type of lids on it. I simply asked for napkin, I was told there were napkins in the bag………Really?

We went there last night and were not happy. 09/07/2024. In the last 6 months it has gone down hill. I have been coming to this location for 9 years now. I drive past 2 other locations to get there. The young ladies that are the managers now or acting managers are very bossy or rude to the girls working there or they are just plain lazy and leave it up to one person to do all of the work, case in point, last night. The girl the took care of us was great but the one acting like the boss was horrible.
