I don’t know how anyone says the burger is worth it in there reviews. This is a frozen burger from who knows where. It ok you got to dress your own at a dressing table. It took almost 30 min for burger combo and grits. 2 people cooking and looks like the owner who was taking orders and helping. Terrible all away around for the $30 we spent. I could spend $30 at McDonalds & had a better burger and more food. I guess when you’re downtown you can get away with serving terrible food. Don’t waste your money or time going here.

Well for starters the initial greet coming into the restaurant.. there wasn’t one, when I asked about my online order a man with broken English told me rudely my order wasn’t ready.. (by the way it took almost 30 min for a small pizza & small fry.. I preceded to inquire where the bathroom was by another employee there and I was told I had to get a key from the owner to access it.. there wasn’t any soap in the bathroom which was scary thinking about in so many ways of how their employee would wash their hands. Chairs were still stacked on tables like they weren’t open,and tables were filthy.. parking was around the corner by a hotel and good luck on not getting harassed by the homeless people before getting to your destination.. never again!

Good place to get a quick bite. The owner was doing everything -taking order to cooking food. The food is cooked to order so it takes a bit longer. Taste was average. This is a cafeteria style so things are served on disposable plates. You pick up, eat and pitch the trash then stack the tray on top of the garbage can.

Got the turkey club yesterday, was so good I’m about to go now and get one today too! Service was so nice and efficient. Food was great. I love the location. I think it’s a cool local spot, love having it around. Definitely recommend for a quick comforting bite. Also priced really fair! Overall very positive experience.

Food was great. Lots of good food options. I ate here at lunch and enjoyed my meal. I won’t say it was anything spectacular, but I would eat here again. Fried okra was pretty good. That was my first time trying it.

My in laws and I really enjoyed a great meal at Sam’ Main Street Eatery on our visit in Memphis TN. Food was excellent with many breakfast, lunch/dinner choices. Very affordable. Owner and staff very friendly. Very little wait. I had the chicken fajita. Very fresh and tasty. The Cod fish sandwiches were love by my in-laws. We all enjoyed the seasoned fries and onion rings. Trolley cars run by it so very easy access from Bealle St.

Food was good and reasonably priced. My food came out within 10 minutes. The toppings bar was uncovered though so flies can definitely just come in and sit on top. Plenty seating and interior was clean, just not very cozy. I’d eat here again because of the price and location.

The ambience is, well a diner. Lots of seating. My cheeseburger was great. Hot and fresh as were the fries. Both cooked right in front of me. I walked here but I don’t see any cars down here in downtown.

OMG! The FOOD is AMAZING! Sam did his thing! Everything is cooked as ordered! My husband ordered the one pounder burger combo! It was everything and then some! He got so full we almost wasn’t able to walk out! I had the catfish fillet combo! Omg, that fish was cooked perfectly! We also had 2 milkshakes to go to top it all off! The environs chill & clean! He sells breakfast, lunch & dinner all day! We will be returning very soon!
