What a nice location! Very friendly staff, a warm atmosphere and a great sandwich! Got the Monday special, a Cold Cut Combo! 6” sandwich, a bag of chips, and a 16 oz drink! Will be back!

I used to visit this Subway a couple times a month before Jimmy John’s came to the area. Was never thrilled with the wait times, but we had few choices in town so I dealt with the wait. Figured I would give it another shot.
I was the only vehicle in the drive through line and it still took over 15 minutes between arrival and getting my food. My order was a single sub with a drink.
Zero enthusiasm from the employees. Like another review stated, they have the attitude that they just don’t want to even be there.
Got home with my sub and there was very little meat. I would say 50% of the toppings were red onion, which I did not ask for extra of anything.
Unfortunately, between the repeated experiences I’ve had here and the competition right down the road, I can’t see this restaurant making it much longer.

Welll, I ordered a Titan Turkey with red onions and sweet onions sauce. I got what you see posted below. I went back in to get a “redo” and the tall, stocky guy was slightly rude. He made me feel as tho it was my problem the sandwich was wrong. He stated the Titan is “More meat” and what we see on the billboard is just a suggestion. That is fine, however his delivery was rude. We ordered 11 subs and NONE of them were labeled. The cashiers stated it needs to be requested to be labeled, and that’s IF they have time. Blew me back, way back to Cassette days. The Mgr, (a shorter male) made me a new sandwich (after asking if I wanted them to redo it?) And gave me a bag of chips. He was nice enough about it. But the whole experience gets a 2 out of 5.

Was a good place but as of lately they don’t read your online order carefully. Forgot cheese multiple times on my subs, toasted them when they weren’t supposed to be, used old veggies that looked disgusting. It’s usually during the evening times when this happens so I guess go early afternoon if you want a decent sub.

Last two times I ordered, they got my drink wrong. I ordered again today to give another chance, the worker was extremely rude, had no customer service what so ever and got my drink wrong again.

Worst manager ever! She lied and said they were busy is why it took so long for my order. She claimed the lobby was full, but there was one car in the parking lot. Why do you have to lie!? Crappy service! Never again! This was the Freeland Mi store.

I went through the drive through last week. Ordered and went to the window. Could not hear the girl asked her to repeat she told me to lose my attitude. Twice. Little girl 18 shouldn’t be with customers. So rude the manager was very nice told me to call Zac. Well Zac. Everyone in your store is respectful and great service. That girl should be fired. Had a coupon for 3 foot long subs, coupon stated present coupon before ordering. The subs had hardly any meat on them. Probably worse subway experience. Definitely won’t be returning to this place!

Ordered a couple subs online. Got to the store and they were out of the subs I’d ordered. They tried to make it right and got me two other subs (cheaper subs than I wanted and paid for) and said “come back tomorrow and we’ll get you your order”. I said ok. Well, tomorrow came and in the background of the phone call, I could hear who I presume to be the manager or owner saying “they got subs last night, we’re not giving them two more”. Dude, your employees tried to do the customer right and now you’re actually wronging the customer because I paid a higher price for the subs that I wanted than what the “comp” are priced at. So now, I got ripped off. Good job!
Embarrassing. Go to Jimmy John’s or make the trip to a Jersey MIke’s. That guy stinks.
