Dequan was absolutely one of the best Subway workers my wife and I have ever had. That man needs a raise and some recognition. He took special care in creating a really good meal for us to enjoy, and he was super chill the whole time. Dequan and the manager Maddie are doing a good job at this Subway.

Watched Bianca grab banana peppers and pepperoni slices out of the case without gloves on and put them directly into her mouth like she was a king snacking on grapes. She even went back in for more after she finished off the giant stack she already pulled out. Super disgusting and will be contacting the health dept about this

Drove all the way to subway after checking the time they close online. I get here 30 minutes before they close. Open sign is on, someone is at the counter ordering, but all the doors are locked? Definitely won’t be back, thanks for wasting my time and gas!

It was our first time at this Subway and we were so impressed with the restaurant. It was very clean and very updated inside the location. The worker at the counter was so nice and helpful. He treated us very kindly and made small talk while making our sandwiches. He made our food quickly and made sure they were toasted the way we wanted them. We will definitely be returning in the near future and suggest you do too!!

Never left a 1 star review before in my life but I ordered pick up and when I went to get the food they gave my order to a dasher by accident, I wasn’t upset because I get what it’s like to work in fast food and customer service so I just expected them to remake my food, but that’s not what happened first they tried to call the dasher and he didn’t pick up, then after 10 minutes of waiting they said they’d remake it but then 5 minutes later the person who got my order delivered to their house instead of their own order called them and they told him to bring it back! So instead of just remaking my food, they made me wait an additional 15 minutes for the guy to bring back my order. At that point it was cold and probably opened, I’m not mad they made a mistake I’m just upset they didn’t have proper customer service to just remake my order instead of making me wait 30 minutes to finally get my food which was cold at that point.

I usally cook at home with my wife but we always get coupons to use For here ! Every time i walk in its very clean , food & vegetables are always fresh !all the workers are very nice! I normally always go at night theres this young man who I believe is a closer he is the most respectful & well mannered young man I’ve ever met for his age highly recommended this subway 10/10 every time i go

I frequent this location and im not normally one to leave a bad review. However, the experience I had tonight with Todd prompted me to do so. I placed an order and arrived at the store 20 minutes later in hopes that the order went through as the app did not confirm that it did. I waited patiently while he was helping another guest and then asked if my order had gone through. He rudely threw his hands up and sighed “yeah it’s here but have a seat because it’s going to be a while” while he helped the gentleman that came in behind me. They looked to be somewhat busy with online orders and he was 1 of 2 people in the store but if you dislike the job that much, please don’t work in customer service.

I go to many subway stores in many locations and most of them are friendly and make me feel welcome! The one on Holly Road in Grand Blanc is the exception. The people that serve you give off the vibe that they would like to be anywhere but doing their job in this Subway.
