I love subway subs. They are without a doubt the tastiest! Unfortunately subway does not serve their famous soups, cheddar broccoli and potato bacon during the summertime. I wish they would serve their soups all year round.

I’ve never been treated this badly, ever – anywhere. After investing 10 minutes into getting my sandwich, the angry girl behind the counter tells me their computer isn’t accepting my gift card and that I’ll have to pay another way. She didn’t apologize for the problem, and wasn’t at all polite about it. I explained that if they’re having computer problems, the onus is on the business to rectify the problem – not the customer who invest $200 into his GIFT card. I asked for a manager; she told me no one was managing. As we waited for the computer to reboot, I explained that a customer should not be treated this way when a business is having tech issues. Two of these girls (Gen Z’ers with zero customer service skills) then began SCREAMING at me as if this were an Antifa riot. One of these people then grabbed my sandwich, told me to leave and certainly did not apologize for their poor behavior in any way. The owner should be ashamed and embarrassed. You make a customer lose this much time and then mistreat the customer over your own problems? These kids are beyond obnoxious.

I work right around the corner from this place so I frequent this subway often. Unfortunately it seems like every single time I go their fountain drink machine always seems to have problems. I’m just tired of it being a constant problem that they keep ignoring. You guys need to step up your game if your going to be competing with the Jersey mikes opening up across the street in a few months.

It is a typical Subway. The food is decent. If you want a sub that exceeds your expectations, go to Jersey Mike’s Subs. But there is always that random day of the year when Subway sounds fantastic. But, then, there are always those 364 days when Subway sounds like Subway. So, three stars it is.
