The food and front counter service was awesome!! I think the young man was named C.J. my complaint is with the man I assume was the manager… 1 his appearance was not becoming.. I’m referring to how he was wearing his uniform.. 2 he had an issue with the young man and instead of waiting for him to finish to wait on me he scolded him loud enough that everyone heard. Bad management but awesome young man..I even gave him a tip.. not much because I didn’t have any cash but I wanted to reassure him that he did an awesome with a BAD manager!! This was Wednesday 7/12 around 8p.m.!!!

Horrible! I called for delivery, like I’ve done on several occasions. After a hour goes by, I called. The employee states they couldn’t find my address. I’ve been ordering for delivery for at least two years (since I moved here). Fine, I go pick it up! The total at the store was higher than the online price, and they included the delivery charge for me picking it up!!

Ordered pizza, big dinner box for delivery, notified the customer that I had only $100 bills, nothing less. They get here 45 minutes later and didnt bring change and took the pizza back. General manager wouldn’t look out one bit for the customer over the phone, they wouldnt even get change, meanwhile I had no way to leave, had kids and grandkids at the house. This is the sorriest act of customer satisfaction there could possibly be, when I had money on hand to pay for pizza.

Under cooked bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. What everyone wants when they spend $20 on a $12 delivery order. Inedible food. Now it’s so late I can’t even call until tomorrow to try to get a refund. Doesn’t seem like food safety is a priority there. I’ll just be hungry all night at work IG.

They take two hours to deliver food (we’re 6 minutes away) and when it does come, it’s a doordash. So they can’t even hire their own in house drivers. Also when you call to ask about what’s even going on with your order they’re rude ♀️ wish I could give 0 stars and go back in time and not order food from here

If I could leave less than one star I definitely would!! Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut experience ever!! We ordered the triple threat box for dine in, we received one of our pizzas and cheese sticks but after an hour of waiting we have received our other food. There were two young ladies working the front just as hard as they could and they deserve nothing but praise but the kitchen staff and management was the worst!!! The level of disrespect from the “General manager” not only to these two employees especially but towards customers was appalling! Her not only screamed at these two girls who were truly their best to keep up with all the mistakes coming from the kitchen, he was down right cruel to them they should’ve walked out and left him high and dry to finish the shift but then when he finally showed his face to the customers he was even more rude to them to the point of screaming at customers who called him out for his mistreatment of his employees! One was a brand new employee who was doing her best with little to no training on a Friday night! I myself am a general manager and if I ever treated anyone the way this man treated people tonight I would expect to have no employees or customers! He definitely does not deserve this title nor job for that matter!! I have never been so disappointed with a restaurant experience in my life!! I just hope the two young ladies get the praise and recognition they deserve and I hope he gets shown his way out the door because I honestly don’t think this is the reputation Pizza Hut wants! I would love to speak to someone on a corporate or franchise level to voice concerns that are better not mentioned on social network!!!
