Purchased a 4 sandwich order online january 28th. The staff of the 28th at about 2:45 pm was very pleasant. 1 of the sandwiches was for my mom to take to work. It was made incorrectly and when I called today the 29th at about 3 pm I asked for only a remake of the sub but I instantly got attitude “why didn’t you call yesterday?” Thats not your business and it doesn’t matter. I was being polite and I didn’t know about it being incorrect until it was too late to call. Gonna start going to lake orion or Oxford subway.

Called store and spoke Kendra to inform her whom ever made my subs put mustard on them instead of honey mustard. Had no lettuce on either sub and asked for meat to be heated and meet was ice cold. I wanted my food remade. I was going to bring the old subs back in. She was rude stated I chose non toasted and that it was my fault. Because it was durning rush. When i and my daughter picked up the subs no customer was at subway and employees were no where to be seen. She told me to call the store and speak with her manager when she is in the next day. Rude woman and as I was informed she is the managers daughter. I just wanted my subs remade. Considering who mistakes mustard for honey mustard. I spent time and money buying this food. Just for it all to go to waste.

I love this Subway. It’s the one young lady working there that makes it the best. I don’t catch her name but she is cute and ever so sweet. Always smiling. I asked her about why and found that she intentionally does this just to add a little sunshine to the world. As Subway subs go, she also makes them better than any other Subway I’ve dinned at and that number could be in the dozens.

Sandwich Artists? Really? Absolute garbage, how appetizing is them taking chicken off the bread with their hands because they forgot to heat it, then over nuking it. I should have walked out, but yet again I paid for their mistake all to throw it in the trash because I don’t have the balls to eat it!!! Raise your prices and your service goes down. Be better people!!!! Another food place I will never ever go to ever again!!! Absolute garbage!!!! I don’t care if your hands are in a baggie.That’s disgusting!!!

Pauline was rudely and very unprofessional. Asked about cups and got snapped on. Threw customers order in front of me on the counter. Over all nasty person. Hopefully food isn’t as spoiled.

So…I love Subway. I generally enjoy this particular one, too. However… at this visit, at least one of the employees was visibly I’ll and was wiping her nose on the back of her wrist while making the sandwiches and while ringing me up. I understand the struggle with making ends meet and not being able to take time off because you need to live. Totally get it. Take better care of your people, Subway. I wound up throwing the sandwiches away outside. Wasn’t the employee’s fault. Just wish she hadn’t felt like she needed to work when sick.
