Worst pizza ever. Paid almost $26 for a large sausage, green pepper and onion pizza. About an ounce of sausage, barely any green peppers and no noticeable onions. Total rip off. You’re better off getting a good frozen pizza. Oh and one pepperoncini and one tiny packet of special spice. What the Heck!!!!
And I noticed that the manager does not respond to any of the reviews, whether they be good or bad. So, there’s no way to tell if he or she is addressing problems noted by customers.

Ordered last night. Showed up cold. Delivered by door dash unsealed. Total joke. I don’t expect my food to look like the website pics, but come on. I poked one of these scarcely sauce covered Tyson chicken nuggets and it reacted like rubber. I threw them all in the trash. Last time ever ordering from here.

Literal trash. Nothing appetizing or edible about it. Refer to the attached picture. See any gooey cheese? Soft, delectable crust? Succulent, crispy pepperoni? Ya, me neither. This picture was taken 20 mins after my wife picked it up. Go buy any frozen pizza and you’d enjoy it more. At least you’d be able to chew it.

Ordered delivery, paid the built in charge plus 25% for a single pizza and pop.
Order was sent out without box being sealed, left at front desk and missing pop…all because they use DoorDash.
Manager was polite when I called, but at this point it was just an FYI call.
Lesson learned though.

I ordered well done which did not happen but that’s not what bothers me. What really bothers me is they either changed the crust or are no longer making it correctly. The edges used to be nice and puffy all the way around but I got two pizzas and they were both flat and I ordered all original. It’s just not the same as it used to be. One of my pizzas was a meatball pizza and I’m noy joking when I say there weren’t even one whole meatball ever two slices and most only had one quarter piece of ball on the slice like wth.

Ordered for delivery: pizza, apps, wings, garlic bread sticks, dessert, and pop from here a half dozen times in 1 month.
The 1st time everything was amazing, hot and the delivery person was very kind.
The 2nd and subsequent orders were beyond BAD!
We kept hoping for the food and delivery we had the first time, but each time, the food just got worse and worse.
The food was absolutely dreadful. Little to no toppings/sause (an added cost per topping!).
The LAST TIME-
Pizza got our family sick for a couple days.
They taste worse than a frozen Jack’s pizza! We wish we’d had that instead!!!!
We also ordered extra dipping frosting for the dessert. It included only – 1/4 of the tiny black portion cups – filled with the dipping frosting. So an extra $1.50 or so for not even a teaspoon, times 2! Wow! That’s all I can say!
Clearly, there are issues creating and providing the food as it should be made (we are paying customers!!), as well as health issues at this store.
We will not order from Papa John’s in Chesterton ever again.

I called asking for a bean pizza, a humble request. This is a delicacy in my home town, but instead, i was treated very rudely. One star, the food was horrible, there was none, the service was horrible, the staff were rude, one star atmosphere. It’s in indiana for christ’s sake.

I just ordered a cinnamon bite dessert, chicken poppers, and got a 2 liter Dr. Pepper. The delivery driver was very polite and made it on time exactly. I was very pleased I hope she made it back safely I appreciate the good customer service yall provide for delivering.

Absolutely worst papa John’s in the region, terrible management/workers. Card machine wasn’t working so the manager “from a different store” decided to call papa John’s support and just let me order sit on the counter for 30 minutes with no solutions. Had to just walk out waste of time
