Absolutely terrible service in the drive thru… The employee (Employee name on the receipt was Tevin) in the window didn’t say one word except for a wimpy sorry after he handed me a cup with a broken lid. As soon as I took the cup from him the lid caved in and the drink spilled on me and the interior of my car. This is the first review I have ever done for any sort of establishment so that should say enough. There were a couple other things but they’re not even worth typing. The stars or lack there of say enough.

The staff was unfriendly while making my subs. I only went here because I was in a hurry for dinner. It took almost 15-20 minutes to make two subs. I was the only customer at the location. The entire process felt like it took forever and inconvenience. I felt my business was not wanted. The woman kept messing up my sub. I wish I could give this place zero stars!

SOMEONE TELL THE LITTLE BOY WORKING HERE ON 11/19/2020 THAT HE NEEDS TO DO HIS JOB CORRECTLY AND LEARN HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS!!! A woman came in after making an online order an hour before and the guy working behind the counter was SO disrespectful, I wanted to punch him in the face for her. For a customer who has been coming to this subway for years, I have seen a complete transformation since the new manager Antoine has been there . When he is working, him and his employees noticeably make us guests ( people in front of me in line and behind me) feel like a priority. The customer service is outstanding !!! The manager before Antoine was more than rude ! Thank you for actually hiring a caring manager this time !

Now I understand the resentment of working Saturdays, but the two females who made my gf and I’s subs…. Atrocious Service! The sandwiches were merely thrown together. We were each screwed out of ample toppings and I was given about 3-4 meatballs less than what usually shows up on my sub. Ive never had an issue with this place, well not until these two sloppy and lazy females started making sandwiches. I’ll be taking my subway cravings to the other location over on Dixie. Thanks!
