We walked in around 9:40-9:45pm the other night and asked if they were still opened. The lady was working by herself and had 2 others dining in. She and said they were still opened. The whole entire time she was asking us what we wanted, she had an attitude and made us feel like a burden to her. If she didn’t want to serve people, she could’ve just said no they were closing. I could feel her eyes rolling in the back of her head. I’m a server myself and have had bad days also but would never treat any customers that way. AND we even left her a $15 tip to make her day better but she was still so rude. In the end I asked for her name and she told me it was Kayla. I say this to say, please work on your customer service skills. Even if you are having a bad day. Be nice to others because you have no idea what the customers are going through also. And if you’re having a bad day, take a day off – don’t take it out on customers.

Wow, great experience at this subway today. Huge plus is that they are open at 9: 00am not 11: 00am like most other Subways. Everything looked fresh and orderly. Extremely professional employee (Devon) up front. Immediately began washing her hands and forearms after greeting me, put on gloves and made me a beautiful sandwich! 10/10.

I had a big order of subs for my family, and after having difficulties with the online ordering and it switching locations on me. One thing that really caught my eye was this poor girl who looked no older than 20 was working by herself and had to make my order completely by herself. Not only is this extremely stressful for her, this is a safety hazard too. The food was great, I unfortunately didn’t get her name but I hope she gets a raise or some commodity for being such a hard worker. All I gotta say, great food and workers, and very poor management.

Any negative reviews of this subway are just wrong. This is the best subway in the metro Detroit area. From the owner of this franchise to the employees they’re all hard working and incredibly friendly. I won’t go to another subway and I pass 5 on my way to and from work.

Stopped here two separate times over the last few years. The ladies working in there are always the sweetest and do a great job. This one is actually further from our house and we really don’t eat Subway that often, bit when we do, we will more than likely take the longer drive for this one.
