It does have a drive through in the back of the restaurant which is a nice touch of a rainy day. Service is quick and super friendly and the order is always correct. Would recommend to anyone.

I placed an Online Order for $41.72 on February 16th 2023 and our order was only partially correct! My Son’s Sub had so much dressing on it he couldn’t eat the second half and he needed to use a paper towel to soak up the mess on the first half. My Sub was ordered with the extra meat option and the Sub had very little at all in it! I get Tubbys Steak and Cheese periodically for lunch at work and the Subway Extra Meat Footlong was very similar to the Tubbys 6″ Sub. We are very VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SUBWAY! I have tried calling the Store on M-59 in Waterford Michigan 17 times tonight and no one has answered as of yet. Unfortunately we had a similar issue about 3 1/2 months ago and we never received a call back from Management even though we were promised a call. This time I have repeatedly tried to call so this time I am using Google and hopefully that I get a call from Management, Ownership or even Subway. Unfortunately not a happy customer, Patrick

Usually write these because of food not service im pretty sure it took me a little under minute and a half to see this person was having a weird day or is just not capable of reading ppl I’m a combat veteran last thing I need is someone high strung keep asking me things after I’m like give me a minute and talking g to my son. Need to give your customers a second kids are undecisive mine most of all. Bad feeling bad vibe we just left after my son is like why is he upset with u. Franchisee needs to wake up.

When the workers are in the midst of making sandwiches & need to respond to the drive-thru, so they start touching their hair and ear and face to get to the buttons on their headphones attached to the side of their head & then go right back into the sandwich making, as if nobody is supposed to notice they had their gloved hand all over themselves & in their hair and then touched food straight after. So nasty.

Today, I went inside for my order. After the employee completed and wrapped up my sandwich, he started completing another order. Instead, of checking me out. Needless to say, I am an African American.However, he was able to check the couple behind me out as soon as he wrapped their sandwich. I refuse to patronize this establishment again. Prejudice!
