I ordered crazy bread and two orders of pizza puffs. The bread was saturated with butter-hardly any parm; the dried out overcooked puffs unacceptable. I called and received no offer to make it right. I asked what do you want me to do and she said they’d remake the order and took my name. Sent my daughter in and she was told it must be the wrong location. I called back; it wasn’t. She told me it was hot back there and the ovens were really hot so all the puffs would look like that. She refused to refund a partial order and hung up in my face when I asked for her name

I have nothing good to say about this restaurant. I purchased pizza from here last night for my family got home and my children ate damn near the entire pizza before my daughter said the pizza tasted funny and she bring it to me and the entire pizza was moldy. I’m on my way back to get my money right now. Steer clear of this restaurant.

I placed an order online for be ready at 6pm. I arrived to pick up the order and the girl at the counter told me they canceled the order. I asked her why and she told me they weren’t taking orders. This didn’t really answer my question. I asked to speak to the manager. She told me the manager was too busy to speak with me. I went to my car to contact the store. Moments later I see someone leaving with an order. Now I’m upset. I order my dinner from a different location. A refund was never issued and I was an hour late for dinner. I haven’t been treat with such poor customer service in a long time. The other Southfield location always treats me great. I wanted to try this one out because it was a little closer. Never again.

They’re always fast with getting the pizzas out, which is awesome! However, this particular time that I went I tried to order the crazy puffs with my order for $1 off but she said she couldn’t do it any longer, even though, the sign was still up. I then asked her why is the ad still up, and she responded because we don’t want the bright light that’s underneath it if we remove it. That’s literally the definition of false advertisement. Remove the sign of the promotion no longer exists. Stop trying to drive traffic with false advertisement.

I normally kind of like Little Ceasar’s Crazy Puffs, but this store messed up a good thing. My puffs were dry!!! How is that possible??? Usually they are dripping, but not these. They were so drrrryyyy…one even looked like it collapsed! I will not say I won’t get Little Ceasars again, but I may have to be selective about the location…and maybe order fresh! No Hot and Ready!

They seemed understaffed and untrained. I had come to pick up a cheese pizza that my father had ordered 10 minutes earlier. He had warned me ahead of time that he had waited about 15 minutes before receiving any help when it was his turn to order. With that in mind, I wanted to make sure they knew I was there to pick up the pizza. I was the only customer, and I saw only two workers one making pizza and the other boxing and preparing everything else. I tried to get the attention of the girl who was boxing, but she ignored me with her headphones in and her back towards me. I can understand that she was busy and working hard, but despite several attempts to get her attention, she said nothing and continued with her tasks. It wasn’t until I waved at her that she caught an attitude and said, “Can’t you see I’m busy?” I don’t know why she was rude to me, as I was polite. When I first walked in she could’ve at least said, “Give me a minute, and I’ll be right with you,” or something like that, but instead, she chose to ignore me. Two minutes later, she finally came to help me and handed me my pizza. I don’t want to blame the employees themselves, but I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for decent service. This happened between 3pm-3:30pm 12/20/2024.

I called and placed an order at 5:01pm, for two pizzas and a crazy bread…I was given a 20 minute pickup time. Walked in here was greeted by a nice girl with braces and once I gave her my name, she proceeded to look for the order, upon not finding it, she says “it’s not ready yet”… at this point it’s 5:40pm…she informed the nasty attitude girl who’s making the pizza in the back with highlights and a braid, that my order is overdue and she couldn’t find it, the girl was just like oh well we just have to make it over in the most unconcerned manner. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, I’d rather go to the hood Little Caesar’s than to deal with this type of pitiful customer service! 40 minutes later and my order was never made or given to the wrong customer! No apologies or attempt to make it right, just to make it over!
