Jeff is the manager here and he is undoubtedly rude. Jessica, employee hung up on me and Jeff justified it and said it was ok. The store is dirty, Jeff and Jessica weren’t wearing gloves while handling food, and their customer support is sickening. I would definitely venture to a different subway, as this one is gross, their staff is rude, and they ignored my call after they hung up on me! Lol

This location is typically wonderful. But tonight I walked into an empty restaurant at 7:45pm. The man behind the counter asked if I had a pickup. I said, he said sorry, I’m closing up for the night.
Maybe they are short staffed and the guy wanted to go home? But I went around the corner to the shop on Auburn and left that lady a nice tip.

Yo hear me out. I’ve been to this subway many times and I’m never upset with my sandwich. There’s a bearded dude who says everything’s better with shredded cheddar, and he’s right. Plus he makes a fantastic sub.
This evening I stopped in and I was helped out by this cute brunette, she also makes an absolute banger sub. Even moving quickly she was spot on with everything. Thanks again for my excellent BMT.

A lot of subways have seemed to have gone downhill in the last few years. Very dirty, slow service, subpar food. This location is the opposite. It’s very clean and inviting when you walk in and the service was great. Very friendly employees who got the order right the first time which seems like a high ask in today’s world. The food also tasted fresh. We will be back.

As a subway fan, this is by far the best location, I work by this subway and sometimes drive past 3 other subways when I’m coming from home. The consistency and quality of sandwich builds is always so much better than my local store.
