DO NOT order online or past 6pm. There’s only 1 person behind the counter and it’s just a mess. I picked up my food and the gentleman behind the counter didn’t have my order ready. He then proceeded to rush and make 4 Protien wraps, which all looked beat up and put together by a two year old. I don’t blame the young men behind the counter but management for only having one worker at night. You can tell he was trying to clean the place up while also giving the best service he can. Make sure you go in person to get a good order. Also, I ordered a foot-long cookie and ended up getting six cookies instead.

Beware when you order online. I ordered a simple turkey sandwich online and then found out they were out of half the things I ordered when I went to pick up (bread type, cheese, mayo, Doritos). When I asked for refund they said they couldn’t do it as didn’t have a manager to process. To the workers credit they tried to give money out of tip jar, which I didn’t take. It was 7pm when ordered and they were open another 3 hours so not like I came in at last minute. Do better especially for your employees who have to deal with the customers.

my husband and I went there. We waited 20 minutes in line 3 people was in front of us when we got up to the worker. He said we can go to another subway down by 8 mile or on 9 mile. He’s busy and got a lot of work to do I said that was OK we’ll wait. I understand you’re working by yourself. He walked away. Stay gone for 10 minutes came back. Did not say anything very rude stood there staring out. The window took two white wrapping papers did not ask. What did I want? I guess I had to read his mind so I told him we needed three subs. He shook his head at me after that. That was the last straw. We left. One reason why we did not leave because we waited and if I go to another subway, who say that I wouldn’t wait there very rude if I can give zero stars, that’s what this restaurant would have gotten. We were there at 6:30. We left at 7:02 PM. Another lady was sitting down eating and was shaking her head and say he’s very rude. I do believe they will have more complaints.

Needed a large lunch order for a volunteer event and Nett was fabulous in helping me figure out how much we needed and had it ready for pick up the day and time scheduled. Even put the vegetarian sandwiches in a separate box so those with specific restrictions would be able to find them easily. She is a great asset to the Subway team! Thank you very much, will be back

Our whole online order was incorrect. For a $30 lunch, it should be correct. I don’t understand how hard it is to follow a list and place the items on a piece of bread. Here is what was wrong:
Tuna sub was on the wrong bread, not toasted, It did not have the cheese, pickles, jalapeños, banana, peppers, Red wine vinegar, or the chipotle. The 6 inch hot honey Chicken did not have any chicken on it, it was on the wrong bread, it was not toasted, It did not have the hot honey or sub crunch. The Italian BMT was on the incorrect bread and did not have the cheese on it. I have pictures of the sandwiches as well. I’d save your money and go somewhere else.

This is a great subway location. That sounds like it was a home run! Everyone raves about the food, so you must have had a great time. I’ve heard the staff really goes above and beyond, too. Makes you want to go back for more, right? There’s nothing better than finding a place that ticks all the boxes. Good food and good service really do make all the difference.

Ordered 2 veggie pattie subs via Uber eats. Received no pattie on either sub, did not put provolone on the subs and toasted them. I hate toasted subs. I called the store to find out what happened. They said they have never had veggie patties. There should be a way to correct this rather than create a sub that is not nearly what I ordered.

Lady did a very good job building and making my sandwich but was very slow. Very clean inside… the floor, drink fountain, tables, and chairs were clean a couple people waiting behind a friend and I eventually left. Seems like this place is unable to really hold workers. But has a good one that needs some help.
