Lady did a very good job building and making my sandwich but was very slow. Very clean inside… the floor, drink fountain, tables, and chairs were clean a couple people waiting behind a friend and I eventually left. Seems like this place is unable to really hold workers. Updated: We went back a few days later and we’re fully refunded and given free delicious subs. The worker couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding. Unfortunately for her and subway they had an employee walk out on their shift the night we originally ordered.

Can’t speak for the food as I wasn’t able to get any. 9 people in line, 1 person working. Waited 12 minutes for 3 people to be served so with 6 people remaining I was unwilling to wait another 24 minutes. Couldn’t do a 1 star because potentially could have been the most delicious sub I’ve ever tasted but sadly we may never know

I couldn’t even go through with buying the sandwich. The staff had no manners, the food looked old and far from fresh. The girl kept dropping chicken for my sandwich on the floor. The place looked like food poisoning ready to happen. I felt bad for leaving but when they barely have toppings and the ones they have look shriveled up, it’s gonna be a no for me. The store needs adults because the kids have no idea what they are doing and I say that in the nicest way possible.

I took my fiancee here today, but I have yet to go inside. Still, the food here is prepared much better than the East pointe location! East Pointe is closer, but I will travel the extra 13 minutes for better food and service!!! The only downside is the parking.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Placed an online order the other day and went to the store to pick it up. Everything said the store was open but the doors were locked and there was some kind of alarm going off inside. I called the store and nobody answered. I sat there for 10 minutes and nobody ever came so I had to go back to work because I was on my lunch break. I never heard back and did not get a refund for the order I never received.
