I got the gluten free pizza. It was very good especially at the low price. With extra cheese, pepperoni, and onions it was still only $13! The gluten free crust is fine but not great. It gets the job done and has some nice crunch. I did ask for well done and maybe I should try the regular baking time next time I order. I’ll be back!

I had a small.issue that turned into me being furious to the point where I feel like I need to make a Point on google. I ordered a pizza with no pork products. There was a few bits of bacon and I’m allergic to pork. I tasted it and it was too late, I swallowed a little but I pulled two pieces out of my mouth. I’m having a super mild reaction. My lips and throat are tingly but thank God I didn’t eat it all the way. I called just the store to let them know to check the cheese… not complaining or asking for my money back even tho I cant eat the pizza now. I only wanted them to know what happened. Chelsea attacked me with excuses, never apologizing or saying she would check the cheese. I also think the delivery fee is way too high. They should not be using Doordash. More of what I think is that this store should definitely take allergies more seriously. Its just a good thing I tasted it before ingesting it all. You definitely should not order online because the website stinks and lags and you should definitely let them know if you have any concerns about your pizza in any way!!!! Boo papa johns! Never ordering Papa Johns Pizza again

John the manager is extremely rude and unreasonable. If you want Papa John’s I suggest ordering from the Goshen location as the staff is much more friendly and accommodating. When trying to add some garlic sauce to my order I was told there is absolutely no way they would do that without me paying for it OK fine so I tried to add it to the order and the order kept canceling and when I called to speak to the manager, John, about this he said there was nothing he could do and then hung up the phone on me.

Papa John’s in Milford, Ohio, I am calling you out. We had the worst delivery, wrong food, rudest manager, she hung up on my daughter in law,Loni and awful food. Only half our food was delivered and it took almost a half hour after initial delivery to get the rest. The calzones we ordered were just small pizzas cut into halves and smashed together and not edible. Pizzas were disgusting and wrong ingredients. Shame on you!

This was one of the best pizza’s we have ever ordered. The two pizzas were hot and fresh. The sides were also on point, very delicious. We ordered close to 10, so we weren’t sure what to expect. 10 out of 10, highly satisfied with the customer service and product. Delivery was also pretty fast.

It’s Papa Johns – any pizza is good pizza. However, the speed of delivery is what made me want to leave a review. It was shockingly fast! I ordered at 7:52 pm, and the pizza was here by 8:09 pm. The delivery driver was very kind as well.

I ordered via online, instead of using the address I put in it used the address that was previously saved. And so after 40 minutes of waiting for my order I called the manager and he said that they voided the order, thankful for that. However due to “Company policy“ they will not be making a new pizza for my order.
