I’m going to start off by saying if you think about eating here, you have more luck cooking at home with expired milk and a frozen bag of fries. Yes, I have been here but every time I went it’s like they don’t know how to make a sub. The only one who does is Savannah and she ALWAYS makes my sub right. But I don’t like the way her ‘coworkers’ talk to her on the clock, like they’re better than her. Like hello? The way they treat her is trifling. Next let’s talk about the establishment, I’ve seen public bathrooms cleaner than this place. The booths are ALWAYS dirty, do they not learn how to clean here? The pop machine is beyond gross and the back looks like dumpster fire. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt but it fails time after time. I could get past the food if they actually had nice employees, I only appreciate Savannah. The other ones are rude and not fitted for working with or dealing with customers. I am beyond disappointed (coming from a teen herself, it’s hard to disappointed one but this subway succeeded). So if you think about coming here, turn your car around and go to McDonald’s

After paying $17 for a sub that was mediocre at best and worth maybe $6 you have the nerve to ask me for a tip! Tips are for people who go above and beyond in their jobs which compels a person to give them an extra couple dollars, not for a fast food worker who does nothing but his basic everyday job and already receives at least minimum wage maybe a little more. I’m not paying your employees for you especially when your already charging me $17 for a sub. That’s kinda crazy man. I won’t be back.

I went to this subway the evening of 12/21/25. I ordered three subs and the ham and cheese foot long sub had pepperoni on it that my daughter did not order and I had to correct. Then, I asked for mustard, regular mustard on my cold cut combo foot long and did not notice until I got home that honey mustard was put on my sub. I have never liked honey mustard and asked for regular mustard. I called this Subway when I got home and explained the situation. A male originally answered the call and I left my name and phone number. About 5 minutes later I get a call from the older lady with black hair who I found out is named Dawn, that took my order, who had the manager April on the phone. She then proceeded to tell me she did nothing wrong and said I asked for honey mustard when I did not. She started raising her voice with me and said I was wrong over and over and that I asked for honey mustard. My partner, daughter, and two stepsons all witnessed this employee yelling at me through the phone because I had my phone on speaker. This was the lady Dawn who told me when I placed my order that she was upset that she didn’t get paid until December 25 and wondered how she was going to pay for her grandkids gifts. I am very upset over how I was treated and spoken to. I will be taking this issue all the way to the franchise owner.

Still trying to figure out how to sue this company for false advertising chicken noodle soup given some peoples diets. Other then that my only issue is how clean the meat stations at most locations are kept. Like bro its meat in a pan with a lid, how are you cross contaminating things, also drain flies in the pop station, but the guy said he knew about it and a little bleach goes a long way so if yoj know you know, ya know

Bad experience. Door sign shows they open at 9am. Got there early and waited past 9 for them to open. Finally the woman inside turned the lights on but refused to open. Thought it was odd there were no other customers there. I guess they knew what I had to find out the hard way. Meanwhile Biggby’s next door had a drivethru line around their building and customers inside as well. The owner of this Subway must not want to make money. Not sure how they are still in business.

I really do like subway but one, they took away their Italian dressing and I loved it and two we sat down to eat and there was many flies around us which was not pleasant. It was super cheap though and very good!

Had the unfortunate run in with dawn today as I watched her free hand some deli meat with no gloves, she then proceeded to complain and argue with me about my previous review. She has been nothing but rude and unprofessional. She said (which she was on the phone with the owners anyways) “go ahead and make a complaint, they won’t take them anyways!”

Challenge accepted. Wonder how far back those recordings go of past behavior
