I ordered my sandwich which took quite a while to get that communicated to the gentleman taking the order the speaker was breaking up constantly. And the guy taking the order did not speak English very well at all he was extremely hard to understand. When I got to the window to pay they could not even break a $20 bill for a $15 order. Another guy inside open his wallet and gave me the change. When I got to my destination my order was incorrect. I also ordered a Pepsi which tastes absolutely terrible. I will not be returning to this facility. And I would highly discourage anyone else from going there as well.

I’ve come here once a week for years but it’s no longer a good price. The same $9 sub I get is now $12 at this location while other subways aren’t up-charging this $3. I won’t be back to this rip off location.

I use GrubHub to order from this Subway. The cookies here are hit or miss. One time you will get a fresh one and one time it will be clearly days old because it doesn’t look burnt or overcooked, but it will crumble into dust in your mouth when you bite into it. I have to order two at a time and they usually give one fresh one and one that is days old, disgusting and nasty. If the cookies are like that, it makes me wonder if the meats and vegetables are being handled properly.

Overall experience was meh, at best.
I asked if I could get some Green peppers and red onions on my sandwich before it went into the toaster, to which the sandwich artist said, ” uhhh, yeah, okay sure”.
Then he proceeded to put my sandwich in the oven without the green peppers or red onions. Not the end of the world but come on man.
I ordered a footlong flatbread sandwich. After it came out of the toaster, I realized that the orientation of how they lay the meat on the sandwich had changed. Rather than laying it on the long way as to make two 6-in sandwiches, it was laid on the short side so it would be two 4-in sandwiches. I asked what was up with that. The sandwich artist said, this is how we do it now. If you get a flatbread it’s a wrap. I asked even if it’s a footlong? And he said it is a footlong but it’s a wrap. Had I known this I wouldn’t have bothered ordering the sandwich at all. The sandwich artist did say he agreed that it was bogus but that it’s out of his control and this is how he’s told to do it. He also mentioned that the flatbread itself had changed for the worse. Again, if I had known this, I probably wouldn’t have gotten the sandwich… The 12-in sandwich AKA wrap was about 8 in in length when all was said and done. The sandwich itself was okay but the bread has changed and took away from the overall experience.
It also kind of grossed me out that most of the tables had some amount of crumbs or debris left on them.
If I could rate it a zero star experience I would. Won’t be returning. And I would not recommend it, if anybody asked me to go there.

Typical subway food, so not much to say. Very friendly and proficient service. The only reason they did not get 5 stars is because of the cleanliness. Most tables had crumbs /food stains.

They advertise items on there menu that they do not sell. It is false advertising. Half the time I go in there they tell me that I am not able to dine in. The worst subway I have ever been to. I will never go back to this one again. I will drive the extra 10 to 15 min in any direction to another subway. If I can give them 0 stars I would.

Ordered online pickup on 1/29 at 8:00pm. When picked up our order the sole employee seemed to hide from us— a first red flag. When we got home, our two subs were completely wrong. He switched the toppings on our two subs. We called several times, and he did not respond to a single one. When we showed back up and explained that our subs were made wrong he didn’t believe us & printed the receipt to “explain” our own order to us. I showed him picture proof of the subs being wrong, and he called his manager on his cellphone. He then told us his manager said that they were unable to remake the subs AFTER he already told us he would. I would avoid.

This is probably my last time eating at this location. Ordered online for a toasted #2, arrived and picked it up. They somehow toasted the bread but did not heat the meat, cheese or veggies. Honestly the most wild experience. If you can watch them make it then maybe it’s fine to eat here but if you are looking to grab and go? Go elsewhere.
