The worst subway in Monroe County. Order is always incorrect. Don’t order DoorDash from here,You will definitely get robbed!! I will never order again. Definitely worth the drive to go to Newport road or Pilot. No one ever answers the phone. Always missing toppings. Y’all make one sad sandwich!!!!!

This establishment is absolutely putrid with the service, atmosphere, and food. i promise you I’m not a karen i’m actually a 21 year old chad lite but this place absolutely SUCKS! They left a hair in my fiancés food and the worker there laughed in her face and said “OH THATS MY HAIR HEHE”. Change the staff and most importantly change management at this location. No one deserves to run a subway in this manner and i’m truly disappointed the corporation would allow someone this stupid to own this establishment. SHUT IT DOWN

After being rushed to order and told I couldn’t eat inside. I ate my tuna sub in the car to find a long hair in my tuna. Not even an apology from the lady. Disgusting.

Hi, I’m not one to complain, I used to work in the food industry. But when one of your workers (Shannon) is just plain out disrespectful I have to. I sent my brother up to this store which I am a regular at and he asked for extra onions and Shannon basically said no because she is trying to save the onions till 9pm when it takes 2 minutes to cut onions. It’s just laziness. I’ve never had an issue here before about getting a little bit of extra toppings then proceeds to put only 2 onions on my sandwich. Which she was rude to my brother about asking. I went to call about this and it took Shannon 6 calls to answer the phone and was very rude when she did answer and hung up on me when I was explaining. I will not be coming here again. There’s far better subways in the area to go to. Avoid this one if you want good customer service.
