First time last time. Seemed like a fine place until 30 minutes into my stay when I was asked by the bartender to move to the right or left of where I was sitting (circled). No explanantion given and it wasn’t to make room for someone else. Hayseeds gonna hayseed I guess. Lots of other options nearby.

We loved the ambiance of this Irish Pub! The Christmas decor and lights make it a wonderland! The band was great and the pub has so much charm!

This all made up for the 3 bartenders who were more worried about talking to their friends than waiting on customers. We waited 20 min, as did customers next to us, staff looked right at us and kept talking to their friends. A bartender with curly hair- she actually scowled at us for asking to place a drink order. Exception was one bartender who had very long straight dark brown hair: she was awesome and was doing all of the others work with a huge smile on her face! She was great! It was a busy night that the restaurant could have had higher cash flow if the others focused on drink orders. We’ll be back though, really great place!

Had an amazing time. Bartender was absolutely fantastic. So friendly with everyone at the bar. We had a BIG Bloody Mary fully loaded and it was to die for! 10/10 fully recommend! Can’t wait to go back!

It’s friendly, warm and inviting from the time you walk in to the time you stroll on out. Fantastic place to catch a game with many big screens televising all the current events. Super cold brews to wash down the tasty tavern bites. I highly recommend visiting, you’ll surely return. CHEERS

One of my favorite neighborhood watering holes in Elmhurst. Ideally located on Spring Road just north of the prairie path, it’s a perfect and low-key place to stop for a bite and beer or whisky. My dog loves this place and its servers even more than I do.

Could be a great place to hang, but apparently the neighborhood comes out for high school football and take over the bar. Any other time the bar and the feel of a great local spot

The atmosphere was rocking. Great crowd , always packed for York dukes football. Unfortunately witnessed non-dukes fans being jerks to the bartenders. Bartenders handled themselves well and kept the party going. Now watch me hit this 290 yard drive.

My husband and I walked in last Friday for a drink around 8 pm. The bar was fairly busy, but with open seats at the bar, overall a fun and bustling atmosphere. Unfortunately, the bartenders refused to look in our direction. We walked in and sat at the bar, waiting as the bartender cleaned and organized the bar. No big deal, we understand it’s a busy Friday night. But every time she got near us, she would look away- as if purposely avoiding us. None of the bartenders welcomed us or acknowledged us in the first place but we chalked it up to it being kind of busy.. until it kept happening. Other patrons would come up to the bar to order and return plates/ cups, so it’s not like the bartenders were incapable of assisting, acknowledging, or serving others.. except us.

Eventually, the bartender came near us so I said “excuse me, hi! Can we place an order?” And she ignored me! She continued her task and walked away from me, even though it was clear that I was speaking to her.

We were so taken aback that we left. It was so strange to feel invisible, especially as others were being served next to us. I wasn’t going to write a review, but the experience was really uncomfortable that I am looking back, thinking “why did that happen?”

We went next door where the servers treated us with genuine kindness and respect.

Went there for a first date last night and had an amazing time! If you’re looking for a lively, fun spot, this is definitely the place to go. Make sure to see Amber behind the bar she’s an absolute rockstar and helped make our night so enjoyable.
