I went in for an emergency snack at work and Samantha knew exactly what I wanted, and helped me get everything I needed as fast as possible to get back to work, and even helped me pay with my phone and didnt hassle me because I forgot my wallet, and wasnt rushed for time. She even complimented my outfit and made my whole day a little better. The peppercorn chicken and ranch protein pocket was everything I needed and wanted. The raspberry cheesecake cookies are amazing! I took Samantha’s advice and heated them up for a couple second in the microwave.. ya’ll have a new customer! App downloaded❣️

Girl who made my sandwich might be rudest girl I’ve heard in a while. Zero customer service skills and unbelievably impatient. Little brunette girl whose name started with A. Need to be training your employees better or hiring better ones. No reason for someone to be so snippy for zero reason.

I used to go to the subway nearly every single day for the entirety of my pregnancy , Today will be the last day I ever visit this Subway. I will also be filing an official complaint. I came into Subway to get three subs and a footlong cookie, I left with nothing but a distraught toddler. My son was playing with his truck, saying hi to people and setting himself down to play with his truck at the table. There was only one employee there. The customers that she was helping were not standing in front of her but down at the register at the other end talking and not paying attention to her. She then told me I needed to quiet my son down because she could not hear the customers. I warned her if I picked him up he would start crying and that’s exactly what happened. Once the other customers left and we were the only ones in the building I started to place our order. I told her about the first sandwich and she goes over to the register to start cashing me out. I informed her that I had a larger order than that and I had multiple things I needed on that order. She informed me that she was the only one there and she had other things she needed to do. Apparently that means I’m not allowed to get more than one sub. Since that was the case, I decided I would go to a different Subway that could provide me with my full order. My son was in balling. This employee should not have a customer facing job. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the subway across town

Super pleased with my experience and dinner this evening. There was a small glitch in the matrix with my online order, but upon realizing it, they were open, honest, and transparent about what happened. I was getting a tad bit hangry and was probably staring daggers at them waiting while they helped another customer, and it was noticed very kindly. They made things right, above and beyond, without my actually verbalizing any complaints. Words can’t express the value of honesty, apologizing even if though it wasn’t their error, and making things better. I commend them on their customer service, positive attitude, and our food was amazing to boot.

My sandwich was good, but I almost didn’t purchase it due to being told that “I could not have extra onions” while it was being made. It’s not the customer’s problem if you don’t have enough. Unless my sandwich was gonna be free, it should have been made the way I wanted it.

Ordered here on July 26 2024. I got the hotshot Italian I and paid for extra meat. Also got extra pickles. When I opened my order, I had in total about three pieces of pepperoni and five pickles on the entire footlong sub. The other sub I got was supposed to have light mustard, and instead was drenched and soaked in mustard and pretty much inedible.

Dirty. Rude employees. The employee “chase” made my sandwich. It was so bad, he didnt listen when i was asking for toppings or meat. I took one bite and threw it out. Never coming back.
