The person who took my order was paige i told her i wanted the reg chicken with buffalo sauce she waited til after she added the chicken to my sub to tell me they don’t have buffalo sauce. So i switched my sub to chicken teriyaki she tried to add teriyaki sauce to the reg chicken which isnt the same thing the teriyaki chicken is tossed in sweet onion teriyaki sauce i had to argue with her to switch it not to mention one of my 6in subs was 4in at best. The best part of the service I received at this subway was she added napkins to my bag which she made sure to expressly let me know. Good job on adding the napkins to the bag paige we really appreciate that along with the sarcasm. I dont think that customer service isnt the right job for you im sure the carwash needs some car wipers.

More expensive than I anticipated. $16 for a Philly Steak and Cheese. The food was adequate, nothing special. The service was by far the best part of this visit. The gentleman who took care of me gave me extra meat and was very polite and personable.

I haven’t been to Subway in years due to the fact that a five dollar foot long is now $12 (plus tax). Tonight I went to the drive-thru with my dog, and the employee who was working made our entire experience worth it. In a time where customer service feels entitled and over-paid, the woman working at Subway took the time to show that she cared about me and was happy to help me. She took her time to make a personal connection with myself and my family since she had no customers in the front of the house which I noticed and appreciated. While they were out of the broccoli cheddar soup, I didn’t mind as much due to the fact that she genuinely seemed to also be bummed that she didn’t have a soup to offer me. My sub was one of the best I’ve had from Subway ever. I can tell that her excellent customer service extends beyond the drive-through window, and that the freshness of the tuna I ordered, and the care that went into following all of my instructions for this sub when entering them on the drive-thru touch-screen were taking very seriously. I plan to go back to the specific location in order to receive the same service that I had tonight. Thank you so much, in an era where fast food customer service has declined, this location has given me faith in the ability to enjoy a treat of food through a drive-through again.
