Basically went to this restaurant girl modified my bill from what I ordered on the screen then was flagrantly rude and disrespectful and when I called her out on the price change she got nasty so I explained her I’ll just take it up with her manager and she’s like there you go getting all sassy in here and that and this and that and this it wasn’t worth it I just laughed and left but I will never go back there again and I would advise anybody who goes to this restaurant to check your bill because somebody stealing and it’s either the manager’s assisting this girl or she’s doing it on her own and nobody’s checking how much she’s modifying these bills and that is theft straight up. I’m really hoping that somebody in that store or district manager is who I would prefer to speak to call me so that I can relay my story. But for now I’m warning everybody if you order something from there check your bill make sure it’s right because mine wasn’t cuz she modified it.

I did register a complaint with Subway also not one person has reached out to me so obviously this facility does not care about what goes on at their Subway I would recommend not using this particular Subway and go to another because they’re reps are allowed to talk to you anyway they want and it’s just rude and they’re stealing because as you can tell from my receipt she changed my order and then charged me extra so this is an update has of today.update as of

This is the WORST and I mean the WORST Subway EVER! It’s not even worth a 1 star. I had ordered a chopped oven roasted chicken salad with lettuce, spinach, green peppers, black olives, cucumbers, mild peppers and italian dressing. I never got a chopped salad all I got was lettuce, mild peppers and cucumbers with very little chicken and a whole bunch of italian dressing. Never once did the employee come ask me if i wanted the dressing on the side. When I called and asked for a manager I was told there wasn’t one available and was told I could come back and get it remade or I can come get a refund tomorrow. This employee was just lazy. When a customer came in she told them it was going to be a 20min wait. There was no one behind me in line at the drive thru. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE! Below is my “chopped” salad.

Kayla thank you for absolutely extraordinary service. This is my first time not only at this subway but eating Subway ever your suggestions your friendliness your kindness did not go unnoticed. I purchased six subs. I intended on only purchasing one. You made them sound so good along with your exciting personality, I couldn’t help but to try a few. Been going here for years. The staff has just gradually gotten worse and worse. Was an older lady named sweet pea who held the store down for at least a year. Just left without food because the lady was sitting in the bathroom for 5 minutes and then proceeded to take a FaceTime call in the middle of making me and my girlfriends food. Won’t be coming here again. Was a lady with Red hair. Came in at 2:20 on 1-11-25

Rude, seems like she hates white people. I walked in and a young lady was behind the counter making some subs, I was right in front of her yet she never said a word to me after about a minute I said Hi and she said Hi , that’s it. I could tell that she enjoyed treating me badly, After standing there about another 2 minutes of total silence I walked out and she didn’t even try to stop me by saying I’m sorry sir I’ll be with you shortly, she said ZERO to me. It did not affect me, except that I would tell people not to eat at subway. This was on 01/08/25

There were two team members working, one on the drive thru, the other the counter. It did take a little longer than usual, but the woman working the counter made eye contact and assured me that I was next. I appreciated that. The food was exactly what I asked for. I find it refreshing in an age when underachieving seems to be the model that here she worked harder to take care of me.

I have had a lot of subway sandwiches from many different location. This subway sandwich made by Karen here was the best I ever had. I WAS going to take a photo but it went down my stomach before I could take it. The bread was perfectly toasted and everything was fresh. The place is super clean as well! Thank you Karen! I will go here from now on 🙂
