I try my hardest to be understanding but to call a store and to put instructions to please toast my sandwich you didn’t even toast either or my sandwiches were beyond cold and couldn’t even try to eat it… every time I come here it’s either something being messed up or never heated up. Very rare I have a good day with them and all my stuff is correct.

Let me start by saying the staff today were fantastic and very much professional, I have absolutely ZERO concerns with the service, food or atmosphere. So, why the 3 star review? Well, I asked for extra cheese on my sub and the staff (I could tell) were almost afraid to tell me that extra cheese would be an extra $6.00!!! I stated; “$6.00? For extra cheese? The whole sub is $7.00, but for 3 extra slices of cheese it would jump to $13.00?”. HOLY CRAP. Needless to say, they kept those “golden” slices of cheese. Subway is quickly pricing me out of returning. It isn’t the food quality (at all) but rather the ridiculous extra amount they want for 3 slices of cheese. For $13.00, I can get a much better meal at many other restaurants.

Served us frozen meatballs on a sub, then when confronted, said “are you sure it was this subway?” As if it’s not the only subway in a half hour radius that isn’t inside of a gas station. They won’t take accountability for their errors, I guess?

Placed an online order for three subs. Got home all three subs were wrong. Called and the manager said he followed the receipt. I said no you did not I am looking at the sandwiches. He told me I had to bring them back. How to go all the way back to Monticello. Said the tag fell off our bag and they put the wrong one on it. Supposed to refund my money. If they do I update my review.

Ordered 2 orders for pick up got there at 840 brought 2 of my subs out but didn’t bring other 3 sat in the car until 936 for my other 3 workers are very rude the females in there are VERY LAZY!!! Last couple times I’ve been here they sit there and make the guy work he is a very hard worker 2 females with blonde hair look like they need better hygiene also this is the worse subway I have ever went too. Called the store spoke with the manager for a second during mid convo she hangs up on me. Don’t eat here food was nasty and cold I called Mike the owner and left a voicemail

Ordered 2 sandwiches off of the app for pick up. Got them home and saw that one was totally wrong. I called and spoke with the manager lady of the shift and she was honestly pretty rude. I drive back to get the sandwich remade and the rest of the staff was great. Very polite but I saw the manger getting annoyed with even more customers. Very unprofessional. I’ve heard bad things about this particular store and she might be the reason why.
