I was there regular customer and used to order some 12” sub usually cost $17.19 on call I don’t know who was working on 24 feb 2026 between 3:30 to 5 pm she didn’t listen single word and cuts my phone for no reason and never picks the call and I didn’t like there service on call and the staff didn’t want to work they are just working for nothing I didn’t like the service they give to there regular customers
The owner need some good staff to run there business
I will never buy sub again on that place again

This store need some updating. The service is usually pretty fast. The floor and some tables were dirty but nothing a quick wipe cant do. Food was great and order was right. The footlong cookie is amazing.

We’ve never encountered a disgruntled employee here ☺️ they’ve always been jovial and polite when I’ve been in there.
The sandwiches are made with hearty toppings. The prep area is always clean.
Only downfall if you go in after 8pm they won’t have meatballs or sweet tea.
It’s a small subway in the corner of a “strip mall” so not a ton of seating but the drinks are only $1 regardless of size and the restrooms are clean.

Prefect example of why one of the smallest Counties in the State of Indiana has the highest number of new Covid-19 cases.
The signs on the door tell the customers to wear mask but the nasty employees don’t have enough respect for you to wear one. I won’t be eating there because of safety.

Store is always dirty, staff act like we incovience them by coming in. I ordered a veggie sub and the spinach was dirty tasting, tomatoes were bad and they were out of mayonnaise. Girlfriend got a wrap and they cut it long ways on the diagonal and not cut all the way through, very hard to eat that way. Seems the managment needs to take more of a role in the cleanliness and inventory of this store.

The guy working at this subway is rude, pushy and disgusting. He rushed us to order by continuously asking us what we wanted then half way through the order he took off his gloves and was handling our food without gloves. I will never order from there again.

Courtesy goes a VERY long way with me. Both of the ladies working at the time were extremely polite and although busy with the good sized order in front of me, apologized for the delay. My order was perfect and they did everything to be accommodating. Definitely a place I will go to when I am in the area and in need of a Subway sandwich fix!!!

Just ordered online and picked up at the store and it was ready on time. This is possibly the worst dinning experience we have ever had, the sandwich was inedible. The bread was stale, the sandwich was in shambles , sparse toppings, and it wasn’t even assembled and wrapped in packaging correctly. The left out the Doritos and no napkin. My husband threw it away 2 bites in. Do not order food from here. Absolutely a subway failure franchise
