I’m gonna be 100 in this review. At this day and age we’re fast food restaurants are everywhere. Quality is not Burger King and my personal opinion this past year as a literally fed me when I had next to nothing moneywise, they typically have deals on the app that next to anyone can eat for under five dollars fries and two sandwich sandwiches. I can’t think of a single time my entire life that I’ve ordered anything from Burger King and the food was cold. Anyone having issues with that are probably using delivery options I mean, that’s literally a Burger King is known for as cooking food to order this location. I have never had a problem with every time that I order here a little man comes out and mentions to be careful because the food is so hot and to be honest with you there hasn’t been a single time that the food wasn’t piping hot the best damn fast food french fries I think I’ve ever had when it comes to fast food consistency is everything my only problem and this Goes out to Burger King as a company QUIT PLAYING WITH OUR CHEESY TOTS FOR THE LOVE OF GOD LEAVE THEM ON THE MENU AND JUST STOP. Ps The cheddar bacon tots don’t cut it at all nor do the jalapeño cheese tots. They’re not even tots. They’re like cheese bites. I’m being kind of comical and sarcastic about it, but to be honest with you, those cheesy tots brought back such an nostalgia and memories of being a kid and getting them with my mom on the way to school I’m 35 now and I hadn’t even eaten Burger King since I was a kid until one year ago. Burger King’s a solid option I’m not gonna specifically stick up for their burgers or anything when I pick a place it’s because of value and consistency in Burger King. Has that lock. Good job to all the staff at this location. They’re always putting out hot food and have a good attitude and I’ve never had a problem with them.

We just went to bk and now the whoppers come in boxes!!! So nostalgic and fun! I love it. The staff as always were fabulous especially Sayra, Juan and Emmanuel. Will be going back there soon.

Went to get a hamburger & fries for breakfast… when I got to my office i realized they gave me someone elses order. I was not going to drive back so I called the store for a refund. The manager confirmed that my correct order was sitting there but said it was my problem not his because I paid the app not the store. Ok, I get that but did you have to be so rude about it. Then I emailed the app, they replied 2 days later and asked for a picture of the food & reciept from bag. I informed them that i threw away the whole bag of food (from 2 days ago) so they said there was nothing they could do. If I could give 0 stars for stealing my money I would.

I was charged nearly $3 for a $1.50 Plain Sundae. I told the lady that $3 is not correct and that I did not order an Oreo Sundae. She said she couldnt change it in the system. Why are you serving ice cream sundaes if you can’t ring them up right? Definitely calling to get my money back.

We tried the Whopper burger and it truly felt like a lifesaver for vegetarians! The taste was amazing, and the pink lemonade was absolutely refreshing. This combo has become my go-to favorite meal every time

I don’t like to write bad reviews, but man this spot is incredibly incompetent. They can never get the order right. It’s really frustrating. Dry with extra pickles and onion is not a complex order. Repeat it three times in a drive-thru, can’t seem to operate their kiosk, and then eventually have to go inside for them.

On the Classic Chicken Sandwhich- the bun is dry, the chicken is dry and flavorless, and way too much sauce on it. Just put regular mayo.

Went to the BK on Wells Branch in Pflugerville TX around 9:55 I order the number 9 classic chicken sandwich with cheese. After waiting a few minutes in line the window person said it would be another 3 minutes and if I could wait on the other side of the building 15 minutes went by and finally got pissed and went to the drive thru. They completely forgot my food and me outside. This is the worst customer service. The date was 10/16/2025 don’t go to this BK the service is crap

Literally always a problem when going to this location. Entitled teenagers with attitude when they obviously messed up orders. Managers are no better, with an annoyed stare when ask what’s wrong. As a former GM for a faster location fast food restaurant this is not a correct way to run a restaurant at all. With customer service being this locations #1 problem!!

Stopped in for a quick lunch saw. The $5 meal so we ordered 3 of them. The person said that the $5 meal was $7 when the sign clearly priced them at $5. I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager but had no name tag we asked him who was the owner he said he was. So I asked his name he told me he was Juan Hernandez. And said it has been $7 for 2 months. Think he gave me a false name. We left and will not be going back.
