First the place is a little dirty. There are cigarette butts on the ground. Second, the food experience was . We ordered a Chicken Flatbread sandwich. We do not eat beef at all for both health and religion grounds. However when the sandwich came, it was chicken mixed with beef, and also the stench of beef all over. (See picture). Not expecting from a chicken sandwich!. Both me and my wife had to trash it all! One of my worst Subway experiences.

Currently standing in line getting my sandwiches made. As I walk in, they seem to be having a birthday party of some sort. Great! Glad they can enjoy it! I’m all for it! I had someone come help me and I had a large order. Instead of someone coming over to help, they all decided to go out for a smoke break or whatever they were doing and left this poor boy by himself. Even had one of the other employees look at the guy making the sandwiches and said “I’m clocking out”. It wasn’t until all of my sandwiches were done that someone came and ringed my things up. Ian deserves the biggest praise for doing his job and showing kindness. I proudly have that boy a $20 tip. I hope that he gets it. I’m all for kids hanging out being kids but a job is a job and shouldn’t be taken lightly.

You can tell the general manager/owner of the store couldn’t care less about how it’s run. None of the employees wash their hands before making the sandwiches (which should be the very first thing you do). One girl was wearing booty shorts… Seems like there is no one checking on this place to make sure they’re doing things the way they should be.

Well they definitely need to teach the younger employees food safety. Not sure any of them even do when I corrected what I thought was a high school student who seemed like she didn’t even care to be there try cross contaminating my sandwich with raw bacon. I had to tell them to cook the bacon separately. Then Proceeded to put other meat on the sandwich. Thought that just toasting it would be good enough. I said no so she stormed off and got another employee. Then she came out with an attitude. Because the other girl tried to give me the wrong sandwich as well. When I told her 3 times which sandwich.. Place is filthy both gas station drink station and subway side. Just filthy looking. And you’re employee tried giving me food poisoning. Can’t eat anywhere else cause it makes me sick. So now should I be worried I can’t eat at subway either cause lack of competence of other people. And a business who could care less doing basic training food practices. Ive worked in food services. And my own experience of cooking for over 20 years. I guess they don’t teach this stuff in high school any more.. The future doomed for sure. If a person wants to act oblivious about what’s in front of them then I don’t think they really care about anything

Subway has gone down hill. The prices are super inflated and the food quality isn’t as good. They should have never changed the southwest Chipotle sauce. I’m not going back to subway any more. I always used to get 3 footlongs for $21.85, the last time I ordered from there it was $50 for the same 3 sandwiches. Ridiculous!

If i could put no stars I would. Yet to have them make one sandwich the way I ask for. Definitely do not order online because every time I do they are seriously missing half of what I wanted especially past 9pm. I dont know why I keep going back!

The website to do the survey is down . The girl who waited on me was new I did not catch her name but she was very nice and worked fast the date I was there was 1/27/2021 @ 6:52. My receipt says I was served by #142 but I know that can just be the person that opened the register. Just wanted to say she brightened my day .
