Clean, modern and bright place. I came here for breakfast and was very satisfied. Service is fast and staff are friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and tasty. Easy to reach with no parking issues. A great spot to start the day. I definitely recommend it.

Pros: FAST – my app-placed order was ready to pick up when I went in. I liked getting free medium fries! And, they’re open 24 hours!
Cons: They don’t participate in the “free McDouble when the Rockies hit a double” promotion. Several empty tables were dirty. I had to go stand at the counter and wait for someone (which took a while) to get some ketchup for my fries.

A lesson in early morning tech frustration. You cannot verbally place your order. You must use their setup- software program. A couple left in frustration without completing their order just as I was beginning to enter my order. I left five minutes later without my sausage McMuffin. The screen froze then lost my order. A very nice gentleman customer who was waiting for his order tried to help; but was unsuccessful. As I was driving away he came out and said it was really quick. So…. maybe you’ll have a really positive experience or really frustrating one… good luck! Really too bad cause it’s conveniently located near Mountainview High School.

My family ordered food here and all our meals had the monopoly game pieces removed. You try to tell someone about it and they blame you for taking them. These employees are thieves and stole all the game pieces and I’ll put my money on I’m not the first customer to complain. Avoid this store as I will not return to this shady location.

This is the second time, I make it home and they did not give me one of my meals I ordered. I ordered 2 meals and two entrees à la carte. They only gave me one of the meals. I waited at the window for about two minutes and there were 3, what seemed like high school girls, all chatting and giggling right in front of the window. That’d be fine, but between the 3 of them no one actually checked that they gave me all my items before handing me the bag. I live 20 minutes away and will not be driving all the way back to correct this at 7:45pm.

Food was typical McDonald’s food. We got it quick, it was hot, service was great and the price was right! So I have no complaints about new McDonald’s in Loveland. Now let’s talk about the access to this new McDonald’s. All I can say is…. Another great fail from City of Loveland! This is not convenient to get into or out of. Especially if you are going West on hwy 34. What a joke! A bunch of one ways all around it and medians that make it super inconvenient to get into or out of the McDonald’s.

Whats the point of being a new and clean restaurant if the staffs service is bad!
We went to get breakfast and it was slow our food took 40 mnts to be ready! We looked towards the kitchen and staff was walking around not doing anything! So disappointed, its not the first time this happens that staff is always in a bad mood or helping guests out with a bad attitude!
The only person that has such a great costumer service was Ashley she was really nice and helpfull. I had to ask for her name since it looks like im not coming back to this place!!

Ordered for mobile pickup. Told at pickup window to go around the corner to wait for my order. Waited almost 10 minutes before I received my hot foods without my 2 sprites.
I told the guy and he said that he’d come back with the drinks. Waited almost another 10 minutes before a girl with a bob cut was nice enough to check on me, went to get my 2 sprites, and apologized for the delay. She was the only one who is aware of customers’ needs!

I’m going to start by saying that this McDonalds needs major tlc. I understand the woes of opening a new location, but this is a major brand who was simply moving down the street.
While this spot is much better location-wise, it seems to have gotten worse with drive times. It truly will not matter when you come by, they move at the pace of a turtle. Think you can order ahead for quicker service? Nope. Not only will they confirm your order at the screen, but suddenly have no idea of its existence at the window.
The third window is used all the time…get asked to pull up and be prepared to be in it for the long haul. And don’t be surprised if once they remember you are there that the food they hand you is lukewarm (if you are even that lucky).
The only reason I gave two stars is because a few smiling employees make it bearable. But definitely not the manager who couldn’t figure out my mobile order one evening and said he would take care of it this time. Yeah bud, I paid for it and you all confirmed it. How about “sorry we can’t seem to handle our mobile orders properly; let me make sure you get the right order.” How is it hard to handle simple concerns and make them right?
Due to the convenience of location, this is the one we typically go to. Hopefully they can can get it together and at least match the performance of their last spot…which also was not the best.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. Told us to park around the corner for 2 sausage biscuits and 2 hash browns. Waited for 10 minutes and no one ever came out, cars were backing up in the driveway for people waiting for food. Went inside & was ignored by the 15 employees scrambling to figure out how to work the kitchen. Took 15 minutes for food total. Would NEVER return. You moved to a high traffic location and now you can’t keep up! Hire better managers.
