Place sucks, just like some workers there. Guess that’s why they stay working at subway. ANYWAY, anyone considering this place just go elsewhere. They think it’s ok to insult customers and get away with it. People need to learn how to be polite and humble themselves a bit. This place should consider who they are hiring if they want the place to have good ratings. Do better.

We had a frustrating and utterly disgusting experience at this Subway today. The employee (the manager) making our sandwich refused to add extra onions, despite our request and willingness to forgo other toppings. His refusal was delivered in a dismissive manner. We’ve been a loyal Subway customer for over 20 years and have never encountered such poor service. The Subway manager (server) offered no apology for his dismissive behavior. He seemed to be a complete racist! We request that the store owner investigate this incident thoroughly to prevent other loyal Subway customers from experiencing similar negative service.

I was at the West Lafayette store at about 5:50pm Sunday June 1 2025 at 2827 us 52 and there was one gentleman working and he say a word to me and I stood there for 5 minutes. That’s not how you treat customers especially when there was only one other customer in the drive thru

The nicest, cleanest subway I’ve ever step foot in in my entire life. Could see the back kitchen and dish area and everything was just spotless. One guy working there, he was nice, did his job and made it fast food. Great experience.

Beware and cross-check prices. They will charge you more if you are not careful. We ordered a Chicken rotisserie but they charged us 12.19 for a Garlic sandwich which we did not order. When we complained about them they said that the prices on the board are wrong. As a customer, I can vouch and say that this practice is wrong. If you have advertised a price that’s what a customer should pay. We have pictures to prove.

Obviously the food is the most important aspect of going to a restaurant, and yes this subway delivers. However a particular employee came off as quite rude to a woman in front of me, and there did not seem to be any sense of urgency amongst the staff members. All and all, the food is definitely on par, but the customer service has some room for improvement
