I was so excited to go to this store.
I heard that the hot wings and wedge potatoes. Both of which I loved were back. When I arrived to the store , to my surprise it was not as many people as I expected to be there. It was about 9 o’clock . I ordered the wing combo for my daughter with wedges and I ordered 12 piece for myself along with a small fry or small wedge potato . I was disappointed with mine. My daughter says she loved everything and everything was great, but my wings had been redipped in the shorting, so now they’re overcooked and it was disgusting and I just don’t understand why if you know what’s going on and expecting a lot of folk. Is it more important to sell and get everybody’s order, or is it more important to give them better food all the time with a longer wait time . it’s just sad that you have to choose because you’re overworked this one cook one cashier And maybe one manager was all they had again it’s a thumbs down for me because if you can’t do it right, don’t do it close your store. Strive for excellence and good food all the time. It really makes a difference and creates a lot of satisfied customers. It only takes 1 bad experience to lose that customer for good .

Raw! This KFC is the worst I’ve ever had. Before I write a review, I eat at the restaurant more than once. Every time has been disgusting or pitiful at this location. One day I ordered the 8 piece bucket(4 thighs 4 drums)and waited almost 30 minutes for it. The woman at the counter said she would give me 2 extra thighs for waiting. She lifted up 2 thighs to show me she was adding them to the bucket. When I got home, I had 2 thighs and 6 drums. You do the math. I’ll never go here again. I only gave 1 star to write a review.

Ordered the Hot wing dings and potato wedges. Both were TERRIBLE!!!! I was so excited to see they brought them back and so disappointed when I got home to open my box of food.! Wings looked terrible inside was so brown looking , wedges were cooked to hard and looked like they cooked them when they first opened the store. We spent $28 and was very disappointed!!!!!!
