Food was nasty. Manager was even more nasty. Barely put anything on my sandwich and when i asked for more I was told she can’t put anything else on it. Idk if this place has new management or what but im never returning. I ordered a veggie sandwich and it only had two bell peppers slices on it and one tomato slice. To make it worse when I get home my sandwich had a long black hair in it. My hair is blonde. When I called and asked for a remake they refused and told me they can’t give me a refund. Disgusting. Do not eat here and save yourself some money and potentially a trip to the hospital

Women working became very angry with me when i asked for more toppings she didn’t even tell me it would be extra she just told me she would not give it to me. My wife sandwich barely had anything on it. This place needs new management and has really gone down hill. Place was dirty inside. Won’t be coming back ever

Lady working did not wanna put toppings on my sandwich, very stingy and irritated that I wanted a normal amount! Prices are high should at least be able to get my vegetables without being treated as though I’m an inconvenience. Won’t be back

I accidentally place an order at this location mind you I now live in California (so that is my mistake) but as soon and my order processed and I got my email I realized it was the wrong location and I immediately began to call the store for a refund. I proceeded to call the store 6 times back to back no answer. My sister who resided in the state ended up going to the store and ask if they could cancel it they said no because they already made it and was told we called over 5 times. The man who was working with Avneet tonight 01/07/2026 openly admitted the heard the phone ring but chose not to answer. Customer here absolutely sucks. Usually I am not one to complain but when you purposely ignore a customer there needs to be some kind of consequence.

I saw many complaints about a lady at this location, and I believe my experience involved the same person, who was rude and impatient. My kids are fans of Subway, and we have had pleasant experiences with all the other staff members. In fact, we always appreciate the staff and leave tips every time we order. However, this particular lady spoke very quickly and harshly, and blamed customers for “not speaking clearly” when she made mistakes with the order. I have never encountered a service employee who spoke to customers in such a manner. Today, I am truly fed up with this behavior and will no longer visit this location.

Can never make my sandwich right. Either always forgets some veggies or just blatantly ignores the customer request. Twice now it has been the same lady who has messed up my orders. This time when I placed my online order I received an order confirmation email at 1:34, well I also received an order cancelled email at the same exact time as the confirmation email. When I call she informed me that the order was done and completed already. Feels kinda scammy. Not only all this but my sandwich isn’t toasted.

I think this is the first place where I have eaten a sub that looks just like the pictures, and is made with appreciation. Perfectly toasted, fresh veggies , perfect bites , rainbow of flavors exploding in your mouth.

Came in from Chicago to drop our son off to Uni. Family was hungry. Hit up Subway on Sagamore. The lady working there on Friday night was full of life and amazing. She was respectful to not just us but all the customers that came through. She made all of our sandwiches fantastic. The restaurant was clean, including the restrooms.
I don’t usually tip at Subways but I had to here. She recognized I was vegetarian by my order and without me saying anything, she used a new knife and gloves to make my sandwich. I was blown away by her carefulness and attentiveness. Someone give her a raise!
We’ll visit this location again for sure.

Worst service I’ve had at a subway in forever… Ask the young man what the middle of the day was he said I don’t know you’ll have to look for yourself… Asked the young man about the $1 deal said I’ve got no idea what you’re talking about… Said I’d like to have light spinach he said I asked you what sauce…not coming back while that young man is making sandwiches (plus he smashed down the bread)

Drive-thru order taker was very rude and kept on interrupting me. After about 10 minutes of this, I had to blatantly ask the guy to please stop and to just let me order my food. The entire order was of course wrong, like they didn’t even put cheese on a steak n cheese..? Called to talk to the manager and was told they could do nothing except have me come back the same day to get it remade. When I said I would not be driving back today and that this was ridiculous the manger said it was not his fault since he didn’t make my food. …maybe find some new crew n managers that can hold themselves accountable because this is just pathetic.
