The manager Autumn was absolutely fantastic. She made the entire visit incredibly meaningful and has earned a loyal customer. She was very polite, personable, and genuinely made me and my bonus mom laugh after an exhausting and difficult day. Wonderful service.

Honestly the customer service is terrible, they are rude, and basically tossed my order on the counter to me. I will not be going back.

Very unpleasant staff and service. The cashier working on 02/11/25 at 2:15 pm did not give me the 2 cookies that were in my lunch of the day, explaining that there were only chips for lunch, despite the fact that the advertisement behind her said otherwise

This is the second time I’ve ordered the 45, which is the honey mustard wrap, and they got it wrong and put barbecue chicken in it. Very upsetting, especially because barbecue chicken and honey mustard is disgusting. Idk who came up with that combination but they need to be fired. Also, my wrap wasn’t even wrapped up and all of my food fell out of it. Do better subway.

I’ve ordered on the mobile app a few times from here over the past few weeks. My order has always been ready, well made and the workers friendly.

I order three footlongs ahead of time. When I arrived one of the employees on the makeline was on their phone. I left a note on the order for two of the sandwiches. The notes were not readed. One of the sandwiches the veggies on it, did not look that good.

Wednesday, 9/7/2020 We parked our front to order in the store because they had signs advertising they were open for carry out. The doors were locked, and when we double checked the temporary hours and it said they wouldn’t be closed for another 2 hours! The open sign and drive-thru sign were still clearly lit. All the lights were off inside, and when an employee came around the corner they literally RAN TO THE BACK upon seeing people at the door. I’ve worked in food service for years, and actively avoiding customers is a firable offense, no exceptions. Since there signs of life and the drive-thru sign was on, we decided to try that. As we pulled around the building we saw multiple (presumably all) employees outside smoking together. We already had our window rolled down for the speaker and heard one of them loudly groan and complain about having to take our orders before going inside. It was almost another 5 minutes before anyone asked for our order. We asked about coming inside and they said they had been mopping and that’s why we couldn’t come in. We attempted to order a footlong pizza sub, and after repeating that three or four times without comprehension, we finally gave up. We went across the street to Taco Bell and were treated like actual people.

The first time I went to the Clinton Subway, my wife asked the employee what kind of bread they have, to which the employee responded verbatim “The same kind of bread we have every day.” We don’t eat out much but my wife wanted to give them a try. Then the place was shut down over unsanitary conditions. Several months later the store reopened. Today 7/13/2020, my wife stopped there for a hot roast beef sandwich with cheese and everything on it. When she received the sandwich, it was cold. She told the employee that she had ordered a hot sandwich to which the employee said she didn’t hear her say that. Didn’t apologize or anything. The employee either nuked the sub or remade it. When my wife got home, after spending $12 on a sandwich, it was missing cheese. My wife said she was the only customer so she can’t figure out why the employee didn’t get her order right. Answer: the employee should repeat the order back right? That eliminates errors. Not this store. Just like the first time we went there, rude service, expensive sandwiches and even if you’re the ONLY customer they still can’t get the order right. This store has been reported to corporate (again). Avoid this place!
