Small place with lots to offer. Freestyle soda machines, also the place is very, very clean everytime I’ve been in here. The workers are kind, making a sandwich is straight-forward and smooth, and the sandwiches themselves are amazing.

This location is THE best in town! Super fresh meats, vegetables, breads and fountain drinks. Service is friendly, fast and attentive. I enjoy a meal here twice a week, and it’s excellent very single time. Super clean, modern seating area and bathroom. They’re located next to the gas station on 13th (Erie Canal) & Springhill- drive-thru or enter only from main door facing 13th (no entry from inside the gas station). Thanks! Enjoy!

When the store first opened, the food was made to order, hot or cold as asked for and staff was courteous, helpful, and efficient. But most of the original staff has left and the replacements are rude, inept, and lacking in either the ability to make a sandwich as asked for or even able to toast it. I have had to return the last two orders I got there because they were so incorrect (I had ordered a foot long and a 6 inch and found upon my arrival home that they had given me two 6 inches, both the one they made incorrectly and the one they claimed they had re-made “correctly”) or not heated and the chicken and bacon on a chicken bacon ranch melt were cold. I tried again this evening because I was only getting one sandwich which would be quite a simple order, but after the sweet voice welcomed me in the drive thru, and a five minute wait, they turned out the drive thru sign lights followed by the lights inside the store and the doors were already locked as another customer trying to get a late night order found out as they tried to go in. I will never go to this Subway again. There are too many other options for Subway and I quite like Jimmy John’s. If you want good food, don’t even try this Subway.

Nice and clean. BUT horrible horrible service. The lady working on May 1 at 11:30 was very rude. Acting like she was either high or on crack. Yelling and pushing the other employee who was evidently new around. Unacceptable behavior

They don’t “know” how to properly make sandwiches. I ordered a footlong BLT double meat she put 8 pcs of bacon on it when asked why she didn’t double it she said footlong only has 4 sliced regularly I questioned her again I left my wife in the store went and called another store they confirmed that regular is 8 double is 16 when I then confronted them about this one lady gets an attitude the other tells me she is new and didn’t know. Only go there if you wanna be ripped off and lied to!!!

Called last night about a messed up order (sandwich made incorrectly and didn’t get full order), employee took my information and told me to come in today and have it replaced. Came and who I assume was the manager treated me like a criminal and accused me of lying because I didn’t know the name of the man I talked to. Got belligerent when I said I would just leave and not to worry about it. Stick to the Subway on College.
