The drive thur always gets my order wrong. Today they did twice after I took the first one back the second one was also wrong. I don’t have time to go back again to fix it. They also request you return the messed up sandwich per policy?

On numerous occasions, I have received my food not fully toasted. At first, I thought maybe the toaster is going out. But I came and ordered at lunchtime, and my sandwich was toasted correctly. Today I got the same sandwich, and my bacon was not even cooked. Whoever owns Subway may want to keep an eye on specific employees. Since they are the ones working each time I have issues!

Got home with only half my order. I went back to let them know because they wouldn’t answer the phone. I asked them to remake the food because it had been just sitting there and was supposed to be toasted. Got back home and the sandwich was not toasted. The other sandwich had a hair in it.

We just left this subway and I am so impressed. We changed our order last minute and the old order accidentally got left on the receipt and was paid for. I was ofcourse oblivious but Lisa came running outside to catch us to let us know what happened and that she was going to refund it and gave a cookie for the trouble. Most workers wouldn’t care enough to do what she did. Customer service is superb here and I vote that Lisa get a raise immediately! 🙂

It’s Subway, what do you want fillet mignon? The service is always good and they have never messed up my order. I have no complaints, I just don’t particularly care for Subway. It is just one of only two fast food places in town. The other is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to.

Was not impressed. Tried to prepare a sandwich for my wife that a fly had flew on and had blatantly seen it. Had to request for the bread to be tossed which should be common sense since flies carry disease. It was disgusting. Should have walked out right then and there.
